Bridgeview Villa

The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The location was about 15 min to the strip/airport and 25 min to Summerlin. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and had much appreciated extras like a couple of laundry pods, chips/salsa, microwave popcorn, and spices. The grill is huge and worked great. Lots of pool toys and extra goggles. We elected to heat the pool and it felt like a bathtub. The outdoor fire table was really nice at night. Overall, a great place to stay with family/friends.

We stayed at Elizabeth's house over the New Year holiday and it was spacious enough to comfortably fit our two families. Communication was great and the house is exactly as advertised in the listing. Having a hot tub included was a great bonus in the middle of winter! We'll definitely be coming back if we're in the area.

We had seven people in our party total. This house was big enough and spacious for all of us. We stayed for two weeks. We had everything that we needed. If there was anything that we were missing, the host helped us find what we were needing. The house was equipped with everything. The pool was an added bonus with the property. The kids loved it. We were right in town close to everything that we could need and especially just a few miles away from the strip.would definitely stay there again

The property was well maintained and as described in the listing. Communication w/ Elizabeth prior to and while staying at her Villa was friendly, quick & helpful. She also provided some snacks & refreshments for us upon check in. The check out list was short & sweet and didn't have me feeling like I was doing all the housekeeping prior to my departure like many other rentals that I have stayed at in the past. Despite the 110+ degree weather, the pool was always the perfect temperature and outdoor floats & towels were plentiful. We were less than 5 minutes from Sam's Club, WalMart & a ton of fast food & sit down restaurants. Traveling to the strip took anywhere from 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook & mix drinks - plus there were spices & condiments provided so I didn't have to purchase those. My only critique (and I hate even calling it that) would be to add some hooks to the backs of the doors in the bedrooms that don't have closets. I traveled with several dresses that I didn't want wrinkled while stored in a drawer but other than draping them across the couch in the bedroom, there wasn't really an ideal place to put them. 10/10 We will definitely be booking here when we return to Vegas.

We all had a good time at my wife's 75th birthday reunion. The property owner was very responsive and supplied us with everything. She answered our questions about things to do and see in the area She even fixed a minor issue with a clogged bathroom sink while we were there. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Nice place overall owner was very helpful! Would stay again! Lots to do in the house. Excellent stay for all adults or families as well!

Stay was amazing. Pool was so great, worth the extra money as it was so Warm! So much fun! Host was incredible, lots of games and other amenities. Would definitely stay again!
