It has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 2 half baths, plus a private loft on its own floor with a queen sized pull out sofa. It is equipped with a private elevator for convenient access to all floors and a roof-top patio.
You`ll step right outside your front door to local breweries, restaurants, and spas while also conveniently located to the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Security cameras,for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors

2 parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 located inside the private garage, (6`8 H, 8`6 W, 17` L) and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes.

Guests will be provided with detailed check-in instructions upon booking. These instructions will be re-sent 3 days prior to arrival. This rental is managed by Towns Property Management Inc; a locally owned company that has staff available 24 hours in case of emergency.

    Here’s your full post with the new line added so everything flows naturally:---Really loved the three floors and the convenience of the elevator. The third floor was my favorite, offering a peaceful space perfect for some quiet time. It was also close to the hospital, which made things much easier during our visit for a sick relative. There was a small issue with the microwave, but someone came by quickly to repair it and even brought another one, which we really appreciated. Loved the cleanliness and the convenience of the garage. Would definitely stay here again!

    The townhouse was beautiful and in excellent condition. The elevator was very handy especially for the check-in and check out with the luggage. If you are a beer fan, this is an excellent location!

    This location was excellent. Conveniently located in the South Slope brewery district this condo is an easy uphill walk to Asheville’s popular dining destinations. Wicked Weed and Burial Breweries are just minutes away. The condo’s amenities were top notch. Kitchen had all utensils and gadgets needed to prepare a meal. Each bedroom has a separate thermostat so made sleeping temps customizable to each guest. The elevator was a nice feature not having to manually transport bags to the third floor sleeping quarters.My only negative comment (and it is just nitpicky) is that the quality of bath towels was substandard. They were hard and scratchy and not soft and fluffy. Needs a bath mat in front of primary shower as floor is slippery when stepping out with the water from the shower door. All in, this was a great value stay in a good location for a relaxing mountain getaway.

    Booked twice in a month . Great place for 2 couples + 1 single in loft. Very comfortable pull out sofa with memory foam mattress. Bathrooms for everyone and the elevator makes the stairs no issue!

    This townhouse was amazing and just right for our group of 3 women away for the weekend. Townhome was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Furnishings were lovely and very comfortable. Location was great - walked to downtown, brewery and restaurants, and a short drive to visit the Biltmore Estate. Would highly recommend this place to any group for a great stay!

    Loved the condo and the elevator since I am disabled. I wish the owner would have responded to my request to arrive a couple of hours earlier. We had to drive around for 3 hours and then park at the condo for an hour before we could go into it at 4 PM. I asked if we could arrive a little earlier and he responded that he would get back to me but never did. We would have paid more for that convenience.
