The villa sits 120 meters above sea level in one of the most beautiful areas in the Guanacaste province. You will enjoy a cooling breeze and the breathtaking views the hillside has to offer. Being located in a gated community gives you peace of mind knowing there is 24-hour security.

A short 10-minute drive brings you to Playa San Juanillo, a beautiful and relaxing quiet cove where you can swim, snorkel or just lay by the beach all day. There is also a small restaurant and bar right on the beach. We love the ceviche and margaritas!

Nosara / Playa Guiones is about 30 minutes to the south. There you will find all sorts of shops, restaurants, and activities including Surfing, Yoga, Tennis, Horseback Riding, Fishing, ATV rentals, and more.

The Villa:

The luxury Villa features 2 master wings with private bedrooms and bathrooms. The open-concept living area features a full kitchen, living room, and dining area. From there open the massive sliding glass doors onto the main terrace to create one huge indoor/outdoor living area. Here you will enjoy a scenic 180-degree view over the ocean, and the spectacular infinity pool/jacuzzi. The sunsets from the main terrace are one of a kind. The villa has high-end finishes throughout and exudes contemporary luxury.

The 1st master bedroom features a king-size bed from which the view follows the coastline down to Punta Guiones. It truly is hard to beat the ocean view from this bed. The room also features a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a bathtub and a truly remarkable shower experience where you feel like you’re showering in the jungle canopy. The bedroom area opens up to a patio where you can access the pool and jacuzzi directly from your room.

Master bedroom #2, similar to the first bedroom also features an amazing ocean view, a unique shower experience, and a patio with pool access. This room also has a king-size bed, ample closet space, and a large bathroom.

The ground level of the Villa offers 2 independent Ocean View Studios Apartments , featuring there own Kitchen, Washer and Dryer and there own 12 meter Infinity Swimming Pool.
The access to the self contained Studio Apartments is separate from the Villa.

Everything about the house was great! Udo was very helpful. Actual Location was nowhere near San Juanillo though…. Bring 4wd.
