Stayed Aug 21, 2025The property was incredibly accommodating! Each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus there were two additional half baths (one on each floor). The listing mentioned 14 bathrooms, so that was a pleasant surprise. We also loved having two laundry rooms—it made things so convenient.The game room, pool, and themed bedrooms were definite favorites for everyone, and the daily trash pickup was another big plus. Based on a previous review, we brought a griddle, which came in handy. A couple of things to note: you’ll need to request pool heating in advance, and you can also request a grill ahead of your stay.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 31, 2025The home is as the pictures indicate- BEAUTIFUL and spacious. The location is great. The community is small (in comparison to others) and brand new, which was great!! I would definitely stay in this community again.Communications with the property manager were great until we arrived at the home and had a few concerns. Their response or lack of was disappointing.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Gorgeous house! It’s a new build. We had a group of 10 different families for volleyball at the convention center. Location / proximity to the convention center was great! People must have had the same idea because parking on our street was crazy. We shared cars so didn’t have as many, but down the street cars were double parked and sticking out of driveways. It was sometimes hard to even drive down our street. There is a lot at the end of the street we used when people blocked up the front of the house and even one time blocked our drive. The pics show a 3 car garage but that is converted to a cool game room so only 3 spaces in the drive. It wouldn’t change our choice to stay, but be aware.Once inside the house is awesome. Some parts of seem like a cheap build, eg door handles on some doors, or other finishes. Others are beautiful. I assume they will have a punch list of items for the builder as we were only the 2nd rental. Kitchen is large with lots of plates, glasses and silverware. Definitely needs more and higher quality cookware and storage. We ended up buying a griddle to have enough cooking capacity for a house that sleeps 30 ppl.They wanted to charge extra for a grill and there is no built out kitchen outside like neighbors that seems an easy upgrade. Some upstairs rooms get very hot because the way they were upgraded. Lots of parties the whole week. BUT tons of space for our group, kids loved the character rooms & lived in movie area. We felt spoiled and special.
