As you enter through our property`s private gate, you`ll find designated RV parking with convenient hookups, as well as ample space to park several cars outside and three garage spaces! And if you happen to be driving a Tesla, we`ve got you covered with a charger located in the garage.

Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities, so we make sure to give our guests the space they need while ensuring that all necessary amenities are readily available on site. Plus, for your convenience and security, our front door features a keyless entry system.

Our serene neighborhood welcomes all guests to our private and gated property, nestled in a hilly mountain area that provides breathtaking views year-round. Our family-friendly neighbors respect our guests` privacy, and daily visits from local wildlife add to the charm of this tranquil location.

Getting around the local area requires a personal vehicle, as public transportation options are limited.
However, the YARTS bus service provides a convenient option for transportation to and from Yosemite National Park, with schedules and fares available online.

Welcome to our lovely home, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We`ve furnished the place with top-notch furniture and equipped the kitchen with all the essentials. We`re continually improving the house to make it even better for our guests, so please let us know if you need anything.

We like to remind our guests that power outages are possible, especially during fire season and icy winters since we rely on PGE for electricity. While we make every effort to resolve any issues promptly, we cannot guarantee an immediate solution. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reimbursement for outages that are out of our control.
House Rules

▫ Guest must read all the house rules and waiver agreements for pool, spa, and playground use before renting the property.

▫ Check in is at 4 pm.

▫ Early check in is depending upon previous guest checkout and cleaning schedule.

▫ Guest can park anywhere in the driveway or in the 3-car garage.

▫ Guest may use all areas of the home. Locked closets should not be tampered with.

▫ Guest is aware that the property is equipped with security cameras. These are for security and insurance purposes.

▫ Location:
▫ Garage driveway overlooking the garage driveway entrance.
▫ Backyard on the side porch overlooking the side of the home + pool
▫ Doorbell overlooking the front of the porch and home.
▫ Facing the front of the home overlooking grass area and driveway.

▫ Guest agrees to the no pets allowed on the property rule. If guests bring a pet this is a possible dismissal from the home.

▫ Guest agrees to the no smoking rule. Smoking inside the home will result in a minimum $500 fee.

▫ Guest agrees to use gas and electricity as needed to help conserve energy.

▫ Guest agrees to dispose of toilet paper in the trash cans provided and not in the toilet, this includes toilet paper/flushable wipes/feminine products.

▫ Guest agrees to not wear shoes on carpeted areas.

▫ Guest agrees that only authorised guests will be visiting the property. Unauthorised guests will be asked to leave the property. If any additional guests are invited, there will be an extra $10 charge/day/extra guest.

Rental Agreement:
▫ Guest agrees to NOT move the furniture or accessories around.

▫ Guest agrees to clean BBQ grill after each use.

▫ Guest agrees to follow check out instructions

▫ Guest agrees to check out at 11:00 am. If a later check out is required, there may be an extra charge. If the cleaning crew arrives and guests have not checked out, guest will be charged $50/hour.

▫ Guest agrees to report if there was any damage to the property/any broken items

▫ Guests agrees to not take any items off the property, or they will be charged for the cost of replacing it so other guests can enjoy the same level of service.

▫ Guest agrees to be fully responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while staying at Blue Stone Chateau’. The property owners, management and the hosts are not responsible for any injuries or accidents, including death.

No smoking inside the home ($500 fee).

No loud noises after 10 pm.

‍ ‍ ‍ Any extra guests coming into the home must be approved by the host.

Any damage to the property during your stay should be reported to the host.

Swimming Pool & Spa Waiver/Rules

▫ Pool & Spa use is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Management and property owner will be NOT responsible for any injuries or accidents regardless of the fault.

▫ NO LIFE GAURD ON DUTY. Do NOT swim alone.

▫ Children under the age of 14 are NOT allowed to swim without the supervision of an adult. Keep an eye on your children! Management & owner will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents.

▫ No FOOD, GLASS, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OR SMOKING is allowed in the pool. NO IMPAIRED INDIVIDUALS ARE ALLOWED NEAR THE POOL.

▫ Individuals who are SICK are not allowed in the pool.

▫ Gate must be LOCKED at all times!

▫ No more than 15 people in the pool at one time.

▫ No LOUD MUSIC, HORSEPLAY, OR RUNNING is allowed in the pool/spa area.

▫ If the Pool/Spa is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will NOT be provided a discount or a refund.

I understand that it is my responsibility to have all guests staying with me at the Blue Stone Chateau agree to and understand the rules and conditions that apply to the pool and spa use. Playground Waiver/Rules:
▫ Playground use is AT YOUR OWN RISK.

▫ Playground is not fenced. Keep an eye on your children.

▫ Management and property owner will be NOT responsible for any injuries or accidents regardless of the fault.

▫ CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.

▫ No GLASS is allowed on or anywhere near the playground.

▫ No Jumping off the play structure.

    The home was clean, comfortable, inviting and spacious. We had enough room to move around and great spaces to gather as a family. The neighborhood was beautiful to take walks through and close enough to town, Yosemite and attractions to meet everyone’s needs. The host was so available and communicative. It really was a perfect week to reconnect and the house was a HUGE part of making that happen. I would highly recommended staying there.

    We were in town for a family event and needed many rooms and large common areas. The house was wonderful with plenty of rooms, beautiful views and many areas to visit. The rear deck was big and with plenty of seating options. I would stay again !

    Overall, it worked for our large family. However, the whole property needed a lot of attention. Cons: - The pool wasn't clean when we arrived - House could've been cleaner upon arrival - The play structure is incredibly rickety - There was an issue with the washer/dryer which required it to be replaced however that took a couple of days so we were out of a dryer (not a big deal in general but we were not aware prior to arrival) -There was an issue regarding the water and whether or not it was safe to drink so we had to go out and buy a bunch of bottled water, the manager also had some delivered to us as well, but again- just not something we were not expecting and a bit of an added stress. -It would be more accurate to explain the grass is dead during the summer months Pros: - Plenty of space for our large family - When issues arose, the property manager was quick to respond - Beautiful view and lots of wildlife around - One person in our group left something in the house after check out, we reached out and they were incredibly helpful and shipped the item back to us. It's possible we just happened to be there at a time when the early kinks were still being worked out by the ownership. That made our stay a little bit stressful. But house is spacious, it has a beautiful view, and the property has lots of potential!

    Wonderful size home that really fits all 16. Property is convenient to Yosemite park entrance and Bass Lake. Has everything one needs pool, games, fire pit. Host answers all questions quickly before booking. I had extra she never hesitated kind. During stay no problems to call. 4 was given not 5 due to comps of other homes mostly decor.

    This home was perfect for my family reunion. Everyone fell in love with the property. My nieces and nephews enjoyed seeing deer on the property. We even captured some amazing family pictures on the deck at sunset, which we will cherish forever! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and feel comfortable. We never felt like we were stepping on each other's toes. The game room is much larger than it appears in the pictures. The teenagers could enjoy themselves in the game room while the adults hung out on the deck. This kitchen was terrific. There were plenty of cooking supplies, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for a large group. We didn't need to use any of the extra supplies we brought. The host was very attentive and responded to all of my questions right away. The home is located near Bass Lake, and my family was able to rent a boat for the day, which was a huge bonus! Overall, my family had a fantastic time, and we would love to return in the future. Don't hesitate to book this home; you won't regret it!

    We had an excellent time! The host was amazing to work with—excellent response time and handled any concerns in a very speedy manner. We plan to be back! The pictures do not do the house or property justice. It’s gorgeous!!
