Thoughtfully designed and nestled on the first floor of Tennis Villa B at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, this inviting two-bedroom, two-bath getaway is the ideal backdrop for family adventures and carefree beach days. Step inside and feel instantly at ease in a space that blends relaxed elegance with coastal-inspired style. The primary suite offers apeaceful escape with a plush queen bed, a Smart TV for laid-back evenings, and chic décor that reflects the easy rhythm of island life. Its private en-suite bathroom features a sleek walk-in shower, perfect for refreshing after a sun-soaked day.

The guest bedroom is wonderfully versatile, featuring a spacious bunk bed designed to comfortably accommodate up to three guests making it perfect for kids or extra friends joining the fun. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides even more flexibility, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest! The second bathroom includes a classic tub/shower combo, making it easy for guests of all ages to rinse off sandy toes and salty hair after beach adventures.

At the center of the condo, the fully equipped kitchen offers full-sized appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven, and sink making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family-style dinners. The open-concept layout flows into a bright and welcoming living room, complete with a Smart TV and cable for relaxed movie nights or downtime between outings.

The true highlight, though, awaits just outside. Step onto your private first-floor balcony and take in the calming lagoon views, where the water gently reflects the sky and coastal wildlife adds a peaceful soundtrack to your morning coffee. It’s a soothing space that invites you to slow down and simply enjoy the moment.

During your stay, you’ll enjoy private WiFi and thoughtful starter essentials to make your visit seamless and stress-free—from toiletries and paper goods to laundry supplies and fresh bath towels. We provide enough bathing towels for each guest during your stay. Please do not use these on the beach! If you find yourself running low on towels, please utilize the on-site laundry area. You will have to go to the convention center (the building to the left as you enter the resort) and purchase a money card for the laundry area. Each load of laundry will cost $3.00.

When it’s time to explore, the resort delivers endless ways to play and unwind. Spend your days lounging by the island’s largest pool, enjoy a match on the lighted tennis or pickleball courts, or take a leisurely bike ride through the grounds. There’s a playground for younger guests, grilling areas for laid-back cookouts, and even a second pool near Admiral’s Row for a change of scenery. When you’re ready for a bite or a drink, Jamaica Joez, a beloved island tiki bar, offers lively energy, refreshing cocktails, and a full menu just steps from the pool and the private boardwalk to Folly Field Beach. Speaking of the beach, you’ll be all set for a perfect day in the sand.

Want to explore beyond the resort The Breeze trolley stops right on-site and runs seasonally, making it easy to discover more of the island without the hassle of driving. The trolley service runs every 30 minutes and has a stop at the resort. It starts up in March and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

Please note: this resort has strict PET-FREE, SMOKE-FREE, and VAPE-FREE policies, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay for all guests. A limit of two car passes are available for you during your stay.
