Villa Benedetta is the perfect place to spend a vacation on the Amalfi Coast. The Marina di Praia is a 5 minute walk and has a beach, restaurants, and water taxis. The water taxis were very fun and a convenient alternative to the buses, which were fine to use, but often crowded. We used local taxi drivers as well and found them very responsive and helpful. Luca, our host, was wonderful and assisted with all the information we needed before and during our trip. He helped arrange our airport transfer with Alfonso who was excellent and told us about the area as we drove. Luca was always available and happy to answer my questions whenever I reached out. A highlight of the trip was Chef Balda who prepared and served the most delicious meal and local wine on the terrace of the Villa. Truly an incredible night to remember! We had a full week and visited Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Ravello, Altrani, Furore and Praiano. It was so nice after traveling around to relax and enjoy our clean spacious Villa with it's spectacular views away from the crowds. This is a very special location and had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Highly recommended!

We had a sibling trip to the villa and really enjoyed our stay! The responsiveness and friendliness we received was much appreciated! The villa is a 60 stair climb from the main road in the area that results in spectacular views from 3 sides! The home was well appointed for cooking, even included a gas grill for a couple of HUGE steaks. I would go back again!

WOW! More than we could’ve ever imagined. We enjoyed our first evening at Villa Benedetta having dinner on the terrace, curated and served by Chef Balda. A candle lit dinner under a beautiful star fall with fresh ocean breezes. Chef Balda meticulously paired each serving with excellent wines. All the food was either from his farm or locally selected. You will never have olive oil beyond his own. All the wines were of his own vintage. Maria, your host, made this recommendation along with many others, from transportation to local dining to grocery delivery!! Maria was thorough, kind, loving and generous with her time and understanding. She was very prompt in her response from before our stay, all the way until we departed. The area is amazing for floating in the Mediterranean Sea, day trip to Positano, water taxis at your request, and good meals right in Marina di Praia. Views from Villa Benedetta were breathtaking, beds were comfortable, views up the mountain and over the sea were equally serene. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets were experienced every day. Cool breezes blew through the house every day. Having A/C units in each room can be very helpful in the warmer months. Praiano is not for the faint of heart as there are steep hills, stairs everywhere…great for beautiful views and walking off the delicious meals. A wonderful stay at Villa Benedetta! The Villa had the most amazing views! We adored the little area of Marina Di Praiano, it was magical. Maria was very helpful and checking in and out was seamless.

We had an amazing visit to Praiano and the home was fantastic. Amazing location overlooking the ocean and the beach club below. Walking distance to some great restaurants and any easy pickup location for boat shuttles and excursions up and down the coast. Stairs are not for the faint of heart or elderly, but we’ll worth the view!

Our host Maria exceeded all expectations. She treated us very well. The property has spectacular views and was well taken care of. Furthermore, we enjoyed the area, and found it to be very quiet and peaceful. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Beautiful Villa in a beautiful location. On a rock cliff half way between the mad bustle of Positano and Amalfi. Praiano seems the perfect compromose

The Villa is conveniently located between Amalfi and Positano (15 min from each) and has some of the best views you’ll probably experience in your lifetime. The beach is a ten minute walk surrounded by cafes and restaurants, right next to the parking lot (35 euros/day to park). Thank you again to Maria, the host. She was always there ready to answer any questions we had.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful villa in Praiano near the marina. The host gave contact information for Chef Baldo, who cooked for us the first night we arrived. It was amazing! The host also recommended a driver who was a great help. Highly recommend!!!
