Biltmore Hideaway

Host did not contact us to see if all was well after we checked in. Check-in was easy, and location was great. When we arrived, the temperature inside the unit was extremely cold. The master bedroom and bathroom were lovely, but too cold to settle into right away. We turned the heat up, and had to wait 36 hours for the rooms to warm up. I bought a space heater in order to use the bathroom. It was that cold. When I notified the host about this problem, as well as the overall state of uncleanliness, she responded that there was no problem, all was clean, and there were no insects. I found two insects in the master area, what appeared to be large beetles. She denied the problems, asked if I had photos, and did not offer to make things right. No, she was not welcoming at all.

Property is beautifully appointed and conveniently located to Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville. Our family had a wonderful stay. Host was gracious and responsive! We would definitely book this property again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Biltmore Hideaway. You couldn't beat the location in relation to the Biltmore Estate property. The devastation from Hurricane Helene is very prominent in this location since it's so close to the Biltmore Village, however, the staff and businesses were so excited to get visitors it helped make our stay even more memorable. Raven, the owner was a great host!

Amazing property for a girl’s weekend in Asheville! The location was beautiful and so nice! We sat around the fireplace and talked for hours. The city is still rebuilding and suffering but the people are so wonderful and grateful for the tourists that are supporting. Raven was a wonderful host and so helpful and thoughtful. Everything was considered and we all had a great experience! We love Asheville and would definitely recommend this property!

Exceptional property, extremely clean, spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated!

Property is wonderfully located! We loved being able to walk to favorite restaurants and shops. It is quiet, very comfortable and extremely clean. We had a slight problem with a water situation when we arrived. Raven took care of it immediately! She is a delight to work with. We will definitely be back to stay here.
