Big Villa+Heated Pool (13x5m)+Jacuzzi+Great Sea View+BBQ, Malaga, Costa del Sol

The house is as described in the listing, with all the inside and outside options. The owner is very customer friendly, and at arrival shared a long list of things to do, where to shop etc. They responded to all our questions immediately and even showed up on the second day, as we reported a broken sunbed and it was replaced immediately. The house is located with a great view over the sea and the airport. But the street and neighborhood where the house is located is not in the best conditions and several of the other houses seems to have seen better days. This has of course nothing to do with the owner of this house and once within the property, you don't think about it. All in all a good stay in the house and can recommend it to others. It's a close drive to supermarkets, beaches in Torremolinos, Malaga etc.

The villa is truly beautiful, has everything you need. An uber is definitely needed but cheap cars and quick journeys. Communication with owners was fantastic. Easy check in and check out

Pool was lovely and big with lots of space to sunbathe,play area could probably do with a new pool table but the kids enjoyed it and we had a good laugh.If you’re not driving you do need to get a taxi into town but easy to book with Uber,all in all had a great holiday with all the family Thank you

Lovely villa!

We stayed at Villa Buenavista in late March 2023. We were a group of 8, 5 adults and 3 teen girls. Two of our party were from the UK and arrived early, the rest of us from the US and arrived very late. The property is beautiful with a stunning view of Malaga and Torremolinos. Despite its proximity to the airport, there were no significant noise issues. It was also very private and secure. There was more than enough room for all 8 of us with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house. There is a separate mother-in-law suite with a private bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area that we did not use but would be perfect for members of a group that desired more privacy. The game area easily opens up to the outdoor pool, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor set up. Despite all of the great stuff to see in the area, some of our group spent two days lounging at the villa! My girls loved shooting pool and hitting the badminton birdie around. The check-in with the agent was seamless and he was very flexible, coming twice to catch both parts of our group; he was also super friendly and helpful! Our hosts created a Whatsapp chat with all of us and the agent to coordinate everything. And they shared tons of recommendations for local shopping and restaurants. The location has great proximity to the airport and to Torremolinos and Benalmedena (15 minutes or less). It is a bit further (25 minutes) to downtown Malaga. We loved this property and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa and would highly recommend it for rental. Easy and good communication with the owner and her staff. Lots of activities to do for both kids and adults, perfect with the large heated pool outside. Lovely view, especally from the balcony.

Looking at the photos of the booking online, I was prepared to be disappointed- I didn’t think there was any way the house would be as wonderful as it looked online. I was so wrong - the views from the pool deck and house balcony were absolute heaven. This house had it all - a great backyard eating/hangout patio/bar, a fantastic pool, hot tub in the sun porch (which was enclosed for winter!), a great kitchen and eating area, cozy common room for game night, and a great bungalow/carriage house with some extra privacy. The location was great - not too far outside downtown, but far enough away that it was an oasis. Elena and Alex, and their property manager David were so wonderful to work with. They were very flexible, responsive, and so kind. They gave us a big list of great local recommendations - we did half of them at least! I only wish we could have stayed longer. We all agreed that we wanted to return to Malaga, and we wanted to return to THIS house.

Fantastic location, privacy and tranquility. No neighbors which can overlook the garden or the swimming pool. The Villa had every imaginable amenity for any demanding guest. We were impressed by the extras like billiard (pool) table, foosball, ping pong, PlayStation, extensive selection of movie channels in English on the smart TV. The owners made us feel at home and gave many useful recommendations and we could reach them for any question. We loved it and probably will return next year.

Amazing villa and unique location! Beautiful view, spacious villa with all the amenities a family with kids could need for the perfect vacation. The owners and the administrator gave us many tips about restaurants, shopping and attractions in the area. We will be back.
