Stayed Jun 26, 2022Our stay was very nice. The resort was exceptional. There were so many activities available there we could have spent an entire day at the resort. It was clean and well supplied. The desk was very dependable when the battery went out of our door and were quick to change it. We would definitely recommend this Resort.

Stayed Jun 16, 2022Clean & well maintained. Appliances somewhat dated but Hilton has begun a systematic update. Staff was excellent to deal with.

Stayed May 19, 2022Stayed here for W&M graduation weekend 2022. Spacious place, convenient to W&M, restaurants, grocery store and a Target for those little things you always forget to bring. Very clean and everything in good order. Fold-out queen size bed/couch for our adult son was very comfortable. Good owner communication and responsiveness. We don't have little kids but we noticed lots of good children's activities on the property, including mini-golf. Book early if you have a graduate!

Stayed Aug 28, 2021We had a wonderful time staying here! We were upgraded just as we were arriving. The only issue we had was one of the bathrooms had a continuous problems with ants in the shower and on the countertops. The kids refused to use the bathroom so they shared one of the others. We still enjoyed ourselves, all of us.

Stayed Aug 18, 2021We had an amazing stay! Property is well maintained, clean, and lush. The children loved the pool, was warm and inviting. The security guard at the main entrance was always pleasant. Had a welcoming smile! Overall great place to stay with family! Brendan was very accommodating to our request which made our stay much more memorable!

Stayed Jul 15, 2021Rental of property was simplistic and thorough. Brendan answered questions timely and was easily accessible. Would definitely rent this property again and will also look for more properties to rent from Brendan.

Stayed Jul 9, 2021We were booked to stay at the Powhattan but when we got there they had no record of me. That was very stressful but I called the Property manager and he simply forgot to tell me that we were booked at the sister location last minute. The sister location was Greenssprings resort which was much newer and just overall nicer so it was a win in the end!!
