Our villa cluster is removed from the main road that comes into Palmetto Dunes and away from internal roads. Our villa cluster backs up to the Robert Trent Jones driving range and the new Big Jim's restaurant serving breakfast/lunch/dinner. A quick bike ride to Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre for food, shops and a great family

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This property was the perfect location for us. Close enough to walk to the beach but the resort has a free shuttle if you don’t feel like walking. My family loved the pickle ball courts, the general store, the Dunns beach house and the proximity to all the other places we wanted to visit on the island. The villa was perfect for us with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a large living room with a big dinning room table for us to play games at. Also the in unit washer and dryer were a definite plus!! We had a couple of questions and when I contacted Susan she responded quickly and was very helpful. We would stay here again!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Quiet villa, although parking area was full, we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. Conveniently located to the General store and the tennis/pickleball courts. Also, close ten minute walk to the beach access, with a great oceanfront restaurant right beside the access path. Wonderful relaxing stay, and would definitely return to this villa sooner rather than later!

Stayed Jul 8, 2024We were very happy with our stay. Palmetto Dunes is becoming one of our favorite locations on the island. The villa was very clean, had all amenities needed, and it was just perfect for the 2 of us. (2 bathrooms is a bonus!) We rented bikes and it’s such a quick ride to the beach as well as to Shelter Cove for dinner/grocery store.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024Great condo-perfect for a couple or small family. Centrally located to beaches, bike paths, tennis/golf/pickleball courts, restaurants-EVERYTHING. The condo was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with all the comforts of home-all you need to bring is your groceries! The beds are incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows/blankets on hand. The owner was wonderful to work with and very attentive to every detail. Sad to see our week end!
