Stayed Oct 23, 2025Beautiful location with small beaches in walking distance and gorgeous views over the pines and the sea (as pictured).Host was very accommodating!Unfortunately in off season (October) there were no restaurants open in walking distance, but it's a short drive to Orosei which has many options. I believe that in summer there might be a few nearby restaurants open.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025We had a great time at Sas Linnas Siccas in February. The house was very good, enough space, nice furnishings and a great view in all directions. The hosts are very friendly and prepared everything for us, we could come earlier and leave later and also use the pizza oven in the garden. It was also nice to use the large kitchen which was equipped with everything we needed. We had some problems with the electricity but the hosts were always quick to help us.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024The house, the view, the location, all are great. However, there is no air conditioning on the upper floor, so in summer it is getting so hot there that you can barely use these rooms.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024The home is wonderful: great architecture, lovely furniture, absolutely clean und well equipped. It's very comfortable to have AC in the bedrooms. The view to the sea is stunning - there is nothing better than having the sea in front of you while having breakfast or dinner. The kitchen has everything you need and the fridge is huge. Within a few minutes walk you are at a wonderful cove. Bruno is very nice and always happy to help.

Stayed Jul 2, 2024All in all, we could not be happier with our stay at the gulf of Orosei. The house has a spectacular location with only a 2 minute walk (at max.) down to the beach. The terrace has a stunning view over the bay and is perfect for late dinner and relaxation. Also as a starting point to different activities and visits, this house was perfect for us. Communication with Bruno and/or his son Nicolo were pleasant, fast and they were always extremly helpful. Would definitely recommend coming here. We will return for sure!

Stayed Jul 25, 2022Large lovely house with a wonderful view and large terraces. Close to different beaches and a really good beach restaurant. If we go to Sardinia again we will definitely rent that house again.

Stayed Jul 17, 2022Very nice house, clean and cosy. There is a wonderful view from the terrace. The village beach is just a stone throw away. It's a wonderful beach (like many in the area) but small and crowded in the high season. The communication with the landlord was excellent. Bruno is a very nice person. He was there when we arrived, explained everything about the house and was ready to guide us to find the beautiful places to visit in the area or the restaurants to go. The only negative remark is the wi-fi. If you have to do any work during the holiday, forget it, the connection is bad.
