Bel Lago, meaning `beautiful lake’ in Italian. A Luxurious, four-bedroom home with multiple balconies, an indulgent indoor sauna, outdoor spa, and magnificent uninterrupted lake views across to the Remarkables and surrounding mountains from every room.

VIEWS:
This home certainly lives up to its name. EVERY room in Bel Lago will have you absolutely mesmerized by the breath-taking panoramic alpine views of Lake Wakatipu, the infamous Remarkable Mountain range, and nearby Bayonet Peak, Cecil Peak, and the Crown Range.

LOCATION:
This peaceful hillside location is conveniently located less than a five-minute drive into the heart of central Queenstown, where you can enjoy the vibrant nightlife, gourmet dining and boutique shopping. In winter both ski fields are easily accessible, Coronet Peak being the closest, just a 25-minute drive away. There is a double garage and secure off-street parking at this address.

This home is bright, modern, and finished to a high standard with all the luxurious extras to make this your home away from home.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The four bedrooms all have stunning lake views, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors onto a shared balcony. One separate guest toilet and four private ensuite bathrooms with rain shower heads; the master ensuite has a separate shower and bath. All bathrooms have luxury toiletries, hair dryers, underfloor heating, electric wall heaters and heated towel rails.

A queen size sofa bed is available in the upstairs TV room and can accommodate an additional two guests if required. (Prior arrangement and charges apply). Please note that for guests sleeping in this room there is a toilet nearby, however for full bathroom facilities they will need to go into one of the bedrooms for use of the ensuite.

LIVING AREAS:
Spacious open plan living with Smart TV with SKY, Netflix, surround sound, board games and lots to keep the little ones entertained including a teepee! For winter guests this home is very warm and cosy with both heat pumps and an easy-to-use gas fire. There is a second TV room, which is great for having additional space for families to spread out.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Fully equipped large kitchen with modern appliances, complete with a coffee machine and wine fridge. This bright open plan flows from the kitchen to dining area. Dine with a view either indoors or outdoors both tables have seating for eight looking out to Queenstown’s famous scenery.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
The balcony is a generous size, and to make this home even more indulgent there is an outdoor spa pool and an indoor sauna. Just imagine yourself here, glass of Central Otago wine in hand, soaking in the outstanding lake views and the fresh mountain air!

OTHER PRACTICALITIES:
There is garage parking for two vehicles, with internal access, storage space for bikes and golf clubs, plus a convenient drying cupboard for your ski gear. There is a full laundry on the lower level.

RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, premium linen and for a maximum of eight guests. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed with prior arrangement and are charged at NZ$75 per person / per night (Maximum 10 guests). A departure clean fee of NZ$450 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a complimentary mid-stay service with fresh towels. (Bed linen change not included; upgrade to a full linen change is available for $200 - $250 including GST, TBC based on rooms). Minimum 3 night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.

Credit card fees are non-refundable. This is important to be aware of if you choose to pay your balance ahead of the due date.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.

- Bel Lago is a residential dwelling, and no parties or events are to be held, unless prior arrangements are confirmed with your property manager. (Events fee and terms & conditions apply).

- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. As per Resource Consent with council, quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.

- We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation hold in addition to the total booking price. (n/a to Airbnb bookings).

- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state (clear and tidy). Charges may apply for loss of keys, excessive rubbish, sorting contaminated rubbish/recycling, excessive cleaning or damage to the property for example.

- Charges may also apply for travel costs and management/staff time if for example, having to make a dump run, coordination of tradesman/repairs, additional property visits, shop for replacements, and so forth.

    We absolutely adored our stay at Bel Lago, It is the ideal home away from home to relax and take in the incredible views of the beautiful city of Queenstown and Lake Wakitipu. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious and flows perfectly onto the lounge room and the indoor and outdoor dining areas. The sauna and the spa with a view provided a very indulgent and relaxing space after a day of exploring and discovering all this magnificent region has to offer. The main bedroom and enormous ensuite is luxurious and another beautiful space to marvel at the gorgeous views. The house is only a 5 minute drive to the many amazing restaurants, Ubers were very easy and punctual and we used Uber Eats for our grocery deliveries. A rental car is essential and parking is provided in the lockup garage.We thoroughly recommend Bel Lago and will definitely return.

    Queenstown is an amazing place, after our first trip in 2018 we couldn’t wait to come back. With the planning of a Christmas week away with the family we couldn’t think of a better place than Queenstown. Our biggest surprise was from the lack of Christmas decorations around the streets and in all of the beautiful trees, being a holiday destination I’m sure that has a lot to do with it. The views from Bel Lago are exceptional, on the website the photos gave the impression of being closer to the water

    Beautiful home with spectacular views. Very clean and spacious. Liked that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare a few light meals. One day we walked into Queenstown and it took about 30 minutes. We Ubered back because of the hills. Very quiet neighborhood.

    We stayed at this property with 3 other couples and had an amazing time! The property is beautiful and has breathtaking views! It is well taken care of and very spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked well with any cooking items that you need. It has a large deck for patio dining. The property owners were very helpful with small problems that we had. We would definitely recommend this property for families or couples!

    Seven of us stayed here for a week. The house was splendid, best views I’ve ever seen and only 7min drive from the centre Queenstown. Property Managers had great customer service. All our needs were met. Can’t wait for another trip to NZ.
