There is a private outdoor patio with a large Weber gas grill. To make your vacation more enjoyable and virtually hassle free we provide all linens, beach chairs, bikes, cooler and much more.

Use the free bikes to explore all of the natural beauty that SeaPines has to offer. Cool off after a day at the beach in the pool that is just steps away-heated and cooled for 8 months of comfort. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

    The property was in a great location, close to the beach. It is an end unit. We have stayed at Hilton Head around 8 times, and this unit we have liked the best. We will likely choose this unit again in the future.

    I would absolutely recommend this villa, the location and the management company! Villa was clean, nicely decorated and had a great layout. Pool access was just a few steps away. Beach and restaurants were in walking distance. Easy check in and check out. We can’t wait to come back!

    Great condo for a family. Right on Atlantic Dunes, close to the Beach Club. Easy check-in & out procedures. A great place.to relax.

    Nice place, close to the beach. We particularly enjoyed the Weber gas grill for fresh local seafood, our go to meal most nights. Open plan kitchen with a large island was also a plus.

    We had such a great time in Hilton Head. This home was perfectly located between the beach and the Sea Pines village. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Checking in was a breeze and we tried to leave it as clean as it was when we got there! The two bikes were perfect for exploring the island and Jessica gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would absolutely stay at their home again.

    Easy bike ride to Sea Pines beach club. Owner very responsive to issues: toilet not flushing upon arrival. A lot of mold in the primary bedroom shower. This property needs a deep clean and some updating, specifically the bathrooms. The description calls the property beautifully updated when that is not the case.
