Beautifully Furnished Villa In Solterra Resort, Fun For All Ages, Come Stay!!

This house was very nice! Plenty of room for our family of 6. We went to Universal and the drive was about an hour in the mornings due to traffic. It was a little hard regulating the heat and A/C in the house. The kids enjoyed playing pool, air hockey and the racing game. The pool was on the smaller side but still enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend this house. The host Dena and the house manager Scott were quick to respond to our questions. Very nice people. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thanks again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth and easy from check-in to check-out. The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed to relax after long days out.We especially loved the hot tub and pool — both were clean, warm, and perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The location couldn’t be better either. Being so close to the theme parks made the trip even more enjoyable and convenient.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We visited Orlando with another family for a school competition and this house was excellent for our needs. We really enjoyed the open concept of the kitchen and main living area and being able to keep an eye on anyone in the pool as well. All the amenities that were provided allowed us to prepare meals as necessary. All the bedrooms were very spacious and the bathrooms provided plenty of space for everyone to get ready.The kids of course loved the pool area as well as the pool table upstairs. The game room and theater room were a great place to relax and unwind.We visited both Universal and Disney while staying here and it was a great location to access the interstate and get to the parks.I would definitely recommend this property as our host were also very attentive to anything we need. The property was is in very good shape and very comfortable for our party.

I had an amazing time staying at Dena's property! The house is beautifully decorated, with a welcoming and stylish atmosphere throughout. The pool area is spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect spot to relax. The games room and upstairs lounge area are fantastic for evening entertainment and add an extra layer of fun to the stay. If you have the chance to book this place, I highly recommend it, you definitely won’t regret it!

The house was in prime location for our trip (going to Disney World). The highlights were the large pool/outdoor area and the game room. Only downside is that you can tell this is a rental house - many dings/scratches on the walls, mold on the baseboards in one of the bathrooms. I’m pretty picky about cleanliness and there were a few things that I wasn’t impressed with. We contacted the on site manager and they were amazing to deal with! Solved the issues right away and responded quickly. They even allowed us a slightly earlier check in which we really appreciated. Overall I would recommend this rental property!

Perfectly clean, spacious, located, safe, family-friendly, equipped, fun!! This house was absolutely perfect! Having one master bedroom downstairs was wonderful. The game room/theater was so cool! We also took advantage of the heated pool since it was chilly while we were there.This would be a perfect rental for two couples with 1-4 kids and grandparentS or another couple. Book this perfect stay!
