This beautifully decorated villa offers spacious accommodation for a relaxing vacation. Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club is 10 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World with very close proximity to Universal Studios and the Orlando outlet shopping. The golf community has sidewalks adjacent to the fairways and greens and the community pool, tennis court and children’s playground are a 5 minute walk from your villa. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and other amenities are all within walking distance. Highlands Reserve gives easy access to Highway 192 and Interstate 4, where, within approximately 1 hour, you will find easy access to Cocoa Beach, Daytona, and the Kennedy Space Center to the East; and Clearwater and Sarasota with beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast to the West.

    Beautiful property in excellent location. We would highly recommend it & certainly return. Everything sparkling clean, heated pool, quiet neighbourhood ideal for Disney, restaurants & shopping & more. Great base for all that Orlando has to offer. Hosts professional, helpful & friendly.     Nice spot. Clean comfortable. Great for a week long stay. There was a small pool issue and the owner took care of it quickly with zero hassle. Can’t ask for more then that. Nice location for a short walk or jog without any traffic and close to a nice playground.

    The Highland reseve estate is located on the US27 built around the golf course, with a small retail park within walking distance, where there is a Publix supermarket, IHOP, Applebees, bar, takeaways etc. Russell’s house is in a quiet area at the southern end of the estate with a south facing pool. The bedrooms and living area are more than adequate for a party of six people. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.
