This beautiful first floor unit has spectacular water views and convenient entrance. As you enter this condo you are greeted with amazing views of Broad Creek! The windows not only offer the views but tons of light. The open plan livingand dining flow seamlessly into the kitchen with bar seating. With the entire back side of the condo overlooking the water, there is not a place in the living space without a view! The bedroom has a king bed, TV, and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Shelter Cove Marina is only a couple of minute walk from the condo, with shops and restaurants as well as all of the island festivals. Watch the tide roll in, dolphins jumping, and sail boats come in and out of the marina from this fabulous vacation home!
