It has a large and beautiful cream-coloured leather couch that can be used for aperitifs in front of the TV or while enjoying the sea view. A large table allows more than 12 guests to eat (with its 2 extensions).

Connected to its terrace and to the living room, it is independent. It is fitted and fully equipped with a stone counter and worktop, household appliances of major brands (induction hobs, large (silent) dishwasher, powerful kitchen hood, large American refrigerator with ice maker, freezer, Nespresso machine ... It has a CELLAR in the back kitchen for storage and tidying up (numerous cupboards & shelves) and serving as a BUILDING ROOM with washing and drying machines which communicates via a glass door with the back yard to allow for spreading out in all comfort and discretion.

Benefiting from the full panoramic sea view, it is made of teak and runs alongside the living room, lounge and kitchen and has outdoor furniture. The part in front of the kitchen is covered and sheltered and offers a large dining table for making breakfasts and meals with the extraordinary panorama before your eyes.

MAGNIFICENT INFINITY POOL
Also benefiting from the full sea view, the swimming pool is beautiful and practical. It is safe for all swimmers with its large, gently sloping deck (0.6 to 1.5 m) for the water gym, its submerged perimeter, and its 3 steps for easy access to the water. It also has a large pit of more than 3 m deep to secure all jumps & dives.
(Bathroom N°7 is outside but covered. It offers holidaymakers an individual toilet and a sink to avoid having to cross the villa with wet feet to go to the toilet).

THE POOL TERRACE
Made of teak, it surrounds the swimming pool and allows you to enjoy the full sea view. It has many deckchairs and sunbeds on wheels to follow the sun. It has a dining table, a parasol and outdoor chairs to have lunch in the shade by the pool enjoying the full sea view.

THE BUTTERFLY TERRACE
allows you to enjoy the extraordinary view from another point of view, suspended above the trees. It benefits every day from the last rays of sunshine of the property.

THE BBQ LOUNGE
