Beautiful Villa with Private pool,

I had the misfortune of trying to stay at this VRBO property in Ocho Rios, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The host’s complete lack of communication and unresponsiveness left my group of 9 stranded and without accommodation, ultimately forcing us to drive all the way to Kingston in the middle of the night just to find a place to stay. Despite numerous attempts to contact the host before our arrival and even while we were standing at the front gate, we were unsuccessful. It is beyond comprehension how a host could be so negligent and irresponsible as to leave guests, especially a group of 9 people, high and dry with no place to stay. I strongly advise anyone considering booking this property to steer clear. I would hate for anyone else to go through the ordeal that my group and I experienced. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a rental property.

Overall my family had a good stay. The home is spacious and there is plenty of room for everyone. The pool and outdoor space are great and the bedrooms are lovely and air conditioned. The common areas, however, are outdated and have no air conditioning. There is also no washer or dryer available despite being listed in the included amenities. The house is in a good location bc it is close to all the main attractions but put Tranquility Cove in your GPS or you will never find it. It is also on a main road and trucks and cars can get pretty loud at times. Overall our stay was adequate but there are a lot of little things in the house that need to be addressed. Hopefully, the hosts will realize the little things mean the most to guests and make the repairs and upgrades needed. For the cost per night plus an additional $200 cash security deposit, they can definitely do better.
