Beautiful villa, with private garden and pool, close to the most beautiful beaches

Perfect stay!

Lovely villa with everything you need. Very clean and spacious. Close to all the shops/bars/supermarkets.

Very clean and well presented. We enjoyed our stay, well located within easy each of most places and walkable to restaurants and the beach.I have not given full marks for communication with the owners as it was a little concerning to arrive at the property with no information about access to the property despite emails to the owners. Once we arrived my name was on the gate and we looked for the keys.Just a suggestion but a starter pack of dishcloth, washing up liquid, salt and matches for the stove could be something that is provided or retained in the cupboard from previous visitors for the next occupants.

The house is in a quiet location and is very spacious. It has 3 rooms each one with it's private bathroom and double bed. There is an additional guest bathroom on the ground floor. The pool is awesome, and Dona Helena is also very nice and super helpful!The only negative thing I have to point out is that there are no cushions for the sun loungers...And lying straight in the plastic is not very comfortable.Otherwise we had an amazing time and would like to come back!!

Great villa everything you need cutlery towels etc pool cleaned numerous times during our 12 night stay and cleaner came on the sat morning. Great base for a family holiday.

David provided us with all the key services we needed to enjoy our stay in Lisbon. We utilized him for travelling to and from the airport . He provided us with a wealth of information on all aspects of our trip and truly a gentleman in dealing with. Strongly recommend to utilize him for rides to and from airport. If you rent a car it would be a nightmare getting around in Lisbon. David had a large vehicle that allowed us to fit all of our luggage in his trunk for 4 people. It would have been challenging to do this if using a taxi or Uber without paying a premium. His property is all up to date inside with all the amenities you would have at home. Service that David offered made our visit to Lisbon a memorable time!

Wow!! Sums up this villa!! A perfect place for a relaxing holiday!! The villa grounds and pool are stunning!! You have everything you need!! The only downside is the pump in the pool doesn’t activate until 1.30pm so unfortunately because of the winds and overhanging flora the pool can be quite full of petals etc!!! Dona Helena, is absolutely fab!! Even though she doesn’t speak English we managed to get by with her!! She sorted any problems we had straight away!! If you don’t like walking this villa is too far out!! It’s about 20mins walk into Olhas de Agua to the shops and restaurants and little bars!!! Taxis are cheap approximately 4 euros to the Marble Bar which is the start!! Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely go back myself!! Fantastic Holiday!! Very relaxing

The is a beautiful home about 15 to 20 minutes walking to beach. House was immaculate. Al 3 bedrooms had a bath and there was also a bathroom for guests. The pool was clean but a little cold in the beginning of May. We still got in and enjoyed it. You cannot go wrong staying at this place.

We stayed for 70 days at this lovely villa. Was slightly awkward getting access to the villa initially but once there we had a fabulous stay. We had concerns that the pool wasn’t being cleaned often enough but were reassured by the owners that David the gardener would also clean the pool regularly. A special thank you must go to Helena who meets you on arrival but also cleans the villa on a weekly basis. Although she spoke no English, with Google translate we managed to converse. Helena was brilliant & we truly valued her excellent work. Our dog Rosie loved to greet Helena with a toy & Helena always gave her lots of attention. The villa is about 20 minutes stroll to the beach, bars & restaurants of Olhas d’Agua which was perfect for us. We would have no hesitation to book the villa on future holidays to Portugal
