Beautiful villa, private pool, sea view, 5min from beach, AC, super fast Wifi

The villa is beautiful, perfectly located if you dont want to drive. Theres restaurants, beaches and a marina all in walking distance. The pool and villa easily accommodated, 2 families with children from 8 to 17 years. The host was super helpful and we were talking about rebooking before we even left. Would definitely recommend

A beautiful property! Very clean and within walking distance to great beaches! There were also some excellent restaurants close by. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was very beautiful and clean. Ines was very responsive to any questions we had and was extremely helpful. She is a lovely person to deal with and we would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay last week. 2 adults + 4 kids (3 teens and one 9yr old). The villa is bright and spacious, with a large living room space opening to the rear terraces via surrounding floor to ceiling french doors. 3 good sized bedrooms (1 en suite and 2 share a bathroom) on the main floor and a master suite upstairs with private terrace. everyone loved having their own space. The huge outdoor dining table was amazing and easily sits 12 people. It is covered and has vines draped around the end, keeping it wonderfully cool to relax in during the hotter days. The pool is great! Large enough for several people to hang out in. location wise - you can walk to the small beach in 5 mns, with Sardinha restaurant. Be sure to book for an evening table. The bigger beach of Sao Rafael in great, and is only a 7-8 min walk away. The villa provides some beach umbrellas and beach towels, so you are all set. They also had paddle 'n ball sets as well as a volleyball, so we had lots of things for beach games. You can walk from the villa to some small local stores too. Our kids walked up the road and got ice creams in the afternoon, which they loved. For big shops the Apalonia grocery store is only a 7 min drive but you can also go to Aldi (also only 8 mins) for cheaper prices. Beer and wine is SO cheap, so stock up! Albufeira and the Marina are short Uber rides away (costing only about $10 Euros each way). Ines was an INCREDIBLE HOST. So responsive and helpful.

The villa is very spacious and clean with a beautiful roof terrace off the master bedroom. A good size pool and garden. It is a short walk to the minimart and beaches and an easy drive to supermarkets and attractions. The owner provides a detailed map of nearby restaurants and attractions. Recommendations are spot on.

This beautifully appointed villa was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of five adults. The area was quiet as the house is in an residential area. The garden and pool area provided a lovely and peaceful area to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with items (pots, pans, cooking utensils, mixer, blender/chopper, dishes and glasses) needed to cook a meal for 8 people. Ines the host, was friendly, approachable and responded to our questions promptly. We wanted to private chef come to the villa to cook a meal to celebrate and anniversary. Ines made some suggestions and we used Filipe Silva, Private Chef in the Algarve. Filipe came to the villa, did the shopping, prepared and served a 4 course meal which was flavourful and beautifully presented. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. The villa is within easy walking distance of two beaches and there are beautiful trails to walk on the top of the cliffs. There are several good restaurants within walking distance and a small convenience store just down the street. We had a great stay in this house and enjoyed the area!

Lovely villa within walking distance of 2 lovely beaches. Fantastic beach restaurant at the bottom of the road which we visited twice in our week’s stay, great fish and sangria. Very spacious accommodation, top floor suite was also lovely. Instructions and facilities all great. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed spending time at this spacious villa with a lovely pool and garden. We walked to the marina twice for a boat tour and jet skiing, and we walked to several restaurants. The pictures and description are accurate and we highly recommend it.

Superb property. Location can be ideal depending on what you are looking for. Adults will definitely enjoy the peace and quiet, the house itself and proximity to beaches. The younger adults will find the distance from the town a slight disadvantage as it means taxis to and fro. A car is essential for groceries and to access a broader range of good restaurants.

Had a fantastic week with family and friends. The villa is lovely, just like the pictures. It very quickly felt like a home from home. Gardens beautifully kept and the pool is a great size and very clean. Ines was a brilliant host, very helpful and friendly and always responding to messages and questions quickly. Beds were comfy and each room has air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped and a lovely bbq outside. The villa is in a very pretty neighbourhood. Just up the road is a mini market/bakery and there is a beautiful cove beach 5 mins away which became a firm favourite place to go for us. Safe for the children to swim (there are also lifeguards) and a nice restaurant /bar on the beach. The old town is a short Uber drive away as is the marina. We would not hesitate to go back. House was wonderful, owner even more so. Highly recommend this place if looking for relaxing villa with access to great beaches and restaurants. A true gem.
