Beautiful Villa, large private rear garden with pool, games room and free wifi

Stunning villa - private and comfortable. Host was fantastic - great communication prior to arrival and extremely helpful x management company met us at the Villa when we arrived which was late at night - again extremely friendly and English speaking. 100% recommend this villa - hire car is necessary for supermarket trips and to see the surrounding area.

A lovely property with great outdoor space including a large pool and games area (pool and darts) which were fully utilised. Good communication with the property managers who responded quickly to the queries we had and also left a nice welcome pack. Would recommend as a great place to explore North Cyprus.

Located in a quiet street, comfortable accommodation lovely pool nice beaches and excellent restaurants a short drive away. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa. Would recommend

We stayed at Villa Helen for 10 beautiful nights in October. The villa was very well equipped and was perfect for our needs. We made good use of the built in BBQ and lovely games area (Daniels Den)! The outdoor area is amazing and always has sunny spots until sunset but also pockets of shade for those who need a break or a game of snooker, pool or darts. The outdoor lounge area was also very useful especially with a 2 year-old who loves to watch his programs (Peppa pig) before his bedtime. We did have an issue one afternoon with the kitchen tap but this was rectified very quickly and the repair man was courteous and friendly. I would say a car is required as a large local supermarket is around 15min drive away, although there are many nearer that have the basics (one in walking distance) I would highly recommend driftwood as a local restaurant which served reasonabilly priced and good quality seafood! The pizzas at the end of the road is also very nice and within walking distance. Local beaches are nice, most of which are small and attached to a local bar or restaurant. Our pick of the beaches was Sunas Beach Club which was modern and beautiful. Helen and Magda were both quick to respond to any messages and very flexible allowing us a slightly later checkout which was useful ? I would highly recommend staying here and couldn't of asked for anymore! Total relaxation, peace and tranquility ?

We have just returned from an amazing 10 day holiday at Villa Helen, and, after having stayed at several villas in the area, can honestly say it is one of the best. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need, extremely clean, and the bedrooms are bright and comfortable with easily timed air conditioning. The garden is absolutely amazing, with a large clean pool, fantastic outdoor seating area with TV, and a lovely barbecue area, which we made good use of during our stay. The games room is an excellent addition and we all had hours of fun playing pool and darts. There is a lovely view of the mountains from the sun beds, and the sea is only a short walk away. There are a few nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the villa, but we hired a car to make the most of the lovely beaches and eating places in the surrounding area, all serving delicious food at very reasonable prices. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault the villa in any way. Total relaxation in such a lovely setting - can’t wait to return soon. Great villa with amazing outdoor space, everything you could possibly need for your stsy is there. Brilliant communication with both owners and property managers with any questions we had. Will definitely visit again. Thanks, Helen, Richard and Magda!

We're currently spending our last day in this beautiful villa, wow what a place. When we arrived gone 1200 at night, we were greated by a couple of nice people who showed us around. When you walk out the back and see the pool lit and the huge space, and the games area, its like 'WOW'. It is located in a quiet residential area with the sea 5 mins walk. We hired a car from Ozy and he organised transfers, which was great. There are plenty of restaurants around, but you would need a car, however at the end of the road they do great pizzas at great prices. Get out and explore the beautiful coastline, the sea is amazing. We had a drive to the far peninsula at KARPAZ to see the donkey's, about a 2hr drive but lovely. We visited a restaurant called SILVER ROCKS, great food and location right on the sea (they even have steps down to the see). We would definitely recommend staying in this villa, you will not be disappointed at all. Thanks to Helen & Richard for great communication and allowing us to stay in you fantastic villa.
