On the main level, a generously sized open-plan living and dining room of 30 m2 welcomes you with bright, comfortable furnishings and a Scandinavian wood stove that adds a distinctive character to the space. Adjacent to it, an open kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. The top floor hosts 2 bedrooms: 1 large room of 21 m2 featuring a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 double bedroom of 13 m2 with a double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm each and 200 cm in length. The property includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower with WC on the main level, complemented by a separate WC on the top floor.
