Stayed Sep 7, 2024This condo is absolutely amazing! Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious, kitchen was full of items needed. Parking is great, the staff at the gate were extremely nice and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. I would highly recommend Claudia’s condo to anyone visiting the area! We appreciate you!

Stayed Jan 15, 2024The condo was a very nice place to stay. It was in a great location and the back balcony was a superb spot for watching golfers and seeing the fireworks from Disney and Epcot. The kitchen was adequately equipped. I did have to buy some kitchen utensils from the Dollar Store and the turn table in the microwave didn't work. I did report the microwave problem to the owner but it was not fixed and we were there for 2.5 months. The beds were very comfortable along with the other furnishings. The HOA of this condo complex needs to be replaced. We were staying on the 4th floor and the elevator stopped working at noon on a Friday. I immediately called the owner because my wife is disabled and can't walk stairs, The owner called the HOA but the office is closed on Fridays so there was none to address the elevator problem. The elevator did not get repaired until Tuesday morning and it only took the repair guy 30 minutes to fix it. There was a clear violation of the ADA Act but the HOA didn't seem too concerned. Other than that the condo and the owners were both outstanding. the 4 stars are for the four days we lost being not able to use the pool facilities while the elevator was down.
