Beautiful villa, 5 minutes to the beach in Javea.

Great villa, 10 minutes from beach by car. Lots of little extras, handwash, tea towels, washing up liquid, milk, tea, coffee, bread, butter and jams plus more in starter pack. The shade was awesome, shade all day whilst the pool area was great for those that sunbathed. The GKs loved the pool. Everything was clean. We took the downstairs bedroom and the kids and parents on the ground floor. The bbq is great for cooking breakfast and dinner. Air con in all the rooms was very efficient and needed as it was 37 C first few days. Les, the host helped up with a small problem on Day 2 coming over within 30 minutes. TV offered full UK channels and Sky Sports. Love Javea area with so much to do and so many beaches That’s why I keep coming back.

Our stay was fine, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations based on the glowing reviews. The villa lacked the charm and attention to detail we’ve experienced in other properties.The main concern was privacy — the villa is directly overlooked by a neighboring property, which wasn’t a dealbreaker but certainly less than ideal. We also felt the interior didn’t quite match the online photos. For the premium price point, the villa could benefit from some updating and redecorating.Several amenities also fell short. The television wasn’t working on arrival, and the electric awnings didn’t function. When we raised this with the property management company, their response wasn’t particularly helpful.Another drawback was the lack of practical information. Unlike other villas we’ve rented, there was little guidance about the appliances or the local area. This wasn’t a major issue for us as we already knew the region, but it could be frustrating for first-time visitors.On a positive note, the owner was communicative regarding maintenance visits for the pool and garden. However, the property management company’s support was limited, which left us feeling a bit let down overall.In summary, the villa was adequate but didn’t deliver the standard or experience we expected for the price.

The villa is a perfect size, we were a family of 4 but would still be perfect with another 2 people. Plenty of outdoor space and the pool is fab! We were able to walk to several really good restaurants and were very close to some amazing beaches that were like paradise! Wish we were still there!

Lovely villa, excellent inside and out. Quiet and good location even without a car. Mersadonia delived all we needed, good restaurants nearby.

We have just reluctantly returned from a spending a lovely, peaceful week at the villa. Everything was as we had hoped for with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay very comfortable.

Villa Pep exceeded all our expectations. We have stayed in several villas over the years and this was by far the best. The communication from start to finish with owners Jackie and Andrew was second to none. They sent pictures and videos on the accessibility of the villa and even on the day before arrival a video on how to use the BBQ. We were greeted on arrival by the local hosts Tracy and James who were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable on the local area and they left us a Welcome Basket. Our daughter is severely disabled and the villa was perfect for her needs. There is step free access from the rear of the villa and so much space around the pool. Inside the villa there was also plenty of space to accommodate her wheelchair. The layout of the villa meant we stayed upstairs with our daughter and had our own bathroom, while my parents stayed downstairs with their own ensuite and privacy. The pool was clean ( and cleaned throughly by a lovely local pool man) and perfectly postioned for afternoons in the pool or on the sun loungers. We spent a lot of time by the pool, breakfasting on the outdoor dining table and pre and post dinner drinks on the outdoor sofa. The location of the villa meant we were able to walk to 5 local restaurants and it's only a 10 minute drive into Javea. We throughly enjoyed our stay and we are definitely booking again for next year. We couldn't recommend this villa more.

The villa is a great place to stay and very well equipped with everything you need. The outside area and pool is great to relax and unwind, just what you want from a villa. The only problem is the mosquitos, they bite a lot. But overall a lovely break in a lovely villa in a very nice part of the world.
