Beautiful Three Bedroom Townhome with Stunning Water Views ~ 7 Lands End Road

The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen and bathrooms were high end. The views of the sound and sunsets every night were amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Love the location. Some issues with wasps under the eaves (nests noted in two places)that occasionally came into the screened porch. Electrical outlets in the master bedroom were an issue. Overall would stay in the area, not sure i would stay in the same property.

We fell in love with the. view from the back yard. We watched the Ospray catch fish all day. We sat and watched the dolphin swim by from morning until evening. There were deer that hung out behind the house as well. It was very beautiful and peaceful. There were a few things that could have been communicated a little better. For instance how to open the front door once the code was entered. It would be nice to have a map of seapines. We were not sure where the pool was or how to access it. It would have been helpful to have a some information about what to expect at the beach. There were a lot of sticks laying in piles on the beach as well as jelly fish on shore. The flooring in the spare bedroom upstairs and the one with the twin beds was really painful to walk on in bare feet. It would be nice if you had some rugs to lay down or change the flooring in those 2 rooms. It also looked like there may be some leaks either from the bathrooms or the upstairs laundry room. Note that the washing machine is really loud so you won't want to wash anything before gong to bed. Aside from that some of the outdoor furniture is old and needs to be replaced with newer more comfortable furniture. We thought the location was perfect and we had a really great time togehter.

Beautiful home! A+ location. My family stayed here in July and couldn't be happier with the house and the proximity to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had most things we needed. We spent the evenings on the screened in porch which was lovely. The pool was also very close! The trolley is in walking distance from the house which made it so easy to get to Harbour Town without the headache of parking - which we experienced 100% when we drove. We will be back!

This property is perfect for your family. We had 4 children, 2 adults, and it was the perfect size. The walk to the beach is short and convenient with small children. You can't hear the beach from the house, but you will most definitely see dolphins from the house! Riding bikes with small children is not as terrifying as i expected. There are bike trails everywhere and the distance to eat or get ice cream is manageable. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our future vacations.

We love the area—beautiful, quiet, so close to beach, and deer practically in the back yard! #7 is the third house we’ve stayed in during those years, and by FAR the loveliest. Most are quite similar but #7 surpassed the others in location, amenities, maintenance, comfort, and charm. We especially enjoyed the comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen, and huge composite deck (no splinters), with great chairs and fire pit! I will make every effort to “land” in this house again next summer!!!Thank you for a great vacation home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property fit our needs very well. It is situated at the very tip of Hilton Head Island in Sea Pines. This is both a negative and a plus; it makes it a long drive (30 mins) to get out of Sea Pines but it is quiet and has lovely views of the sound. These house are duplexes but that wasn’t an issue for us in the winter time. (Might be in summer.) Furnishings were adequate and beds comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well equipped, could have used more small pots. I left my very nice flat grill pan there by accident so they have a new grill pan. Ha! Nice grill but we didn’t use it because it was so windy and cold on our trip. No placemats were available and only 2 D/W pods provided. I learned after the fact that if I’d gone thru the rental management company I would have saved myself $275 (I think that was the charge) that went directly to VRBO, which I will do if I rent this property again. They did offer a $250 credit toward beach equipment (bikes for us) which was nice.
