Beautiful spacious modern villa with a large private saltwater swimming pool

Sa Plana de Baix is 700 meters from Port des Torrent beach with its bars and restaurants. It is the combination of ideal accommodation and fantastic surroundings that makes it such a unique place. It is a newly built modern 8 person villa with four bedrooms and four bathrooms and a large swimming pool. The villa has been finished to a high standard in every detail, taking into account the wishes of its guests in every aspect. To offer my guests a comfortable stay, the villa is fully equippedand fully equipped.
Sa Plana de Baix is located on the edge of a small residential area with detached houses and villas. Wonderfully quiet with views of the campo and the sea in the distance from the terrace on the upper floor.
Just 3 minutes by car you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in Ibiza, Cala Bassa or Cala Conta. In short, the perfect location for your vacation.

Description of the villa.
The house with a living area of 280 m2, stands on a completely walled finca of just over 1000 m2. It has been specially designed and equipped to offer my guests a comfortable and worry-free stay. It is therefore fully equipped. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, where an additional freezer and refrigerator are placed, there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom. Bedroom 1 and 2 with two single beds are located on the ground floor. In bedroom 1, if desired, the two beds can be combined to form a king-size bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 are situated on the upper floor. Both have a bathroom en suite and large double beds. On the upper floor, both at the front and at the rear, there is a terrace with a view of the landscape with the sea in the distance. All bedrooms have air conditioning and smart TV. Each bedroom also has a built-in safe.
The house has a garage where you will also find the separate laundry room. This is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a drying rack and an ironing board with steam iron.
The garden with the swimming pool are facing south so that you can enjoy the sun all day long. And if the sun is too much for you, then one of the parasols, the covered pergola, the covered terrace or the Balinese bed offers a welcome shade.
Borders between inside and outside disappear when the sliding door in the salon is opened. This disappears completely into the wall, creating one large space. Here you can enjoy a drink on one of the sofas overlooking the swimming pool, listening to your favorite music. Sonos speakers hang in the living room, the kitchen and on the terrace. You can set and control the music and volume in each room separately with your phone.
Internet is still essential today, if only for operating the sound system or for watching one of your favorite Netflix series. Various WIFI antennas are strategically placed in and on the house. This means that internet is available free of charge everywhere in and around the home. Also around the pool and at the BBQ!
The saltwater swimming pool of 12 × 5 meters is inspected and cleaned every week. Light salt swimming water does not differ much from tear fluid and that means that red eyes and irritated skin due to chlorine are a thing of the past. People who suffer from eczema or a chlorine allergy can therefore also enjoy this luxury.
Finally, safety has also been considered. The house has an alarm system and a smoke detector and fire extinguishers have been installed in the house. In the unlikely event that it is necessary, a first aid kit is also available.
