Beautiful Spacious 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Pool and Wonderful Lake View

Great location for the purpose of our trip. Area was relatively quiet. Would rent again. However some of the window treatments didn't work properly and there were many small ants we had to contend with in the kitchen area. Not enough to spoil our trip but in full disclosure...

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spacious house, just as described. Nice neighborhood, definitely need a car.

We did not use the pool. Only slept there. Spent our days at Disney. It worked well for what we needed.

The pool was a little cold , but once we added the pool heating it was lovely, October can be cold , so we expected to put the heating on, but tried it first. The pool area was comfortable, we had enough chairs and sunbeds for the four of us.

Our family really enjoyed the house, The property is very well kept and comfortable and couldn’t ask for anything more. Our next trip to the area I would stay again.

It’s a beautiful house but you can tell they just throw it together to make it look nice. The master bed feels like a rock, so I slept on the couches, the blinds were all broken and falling down. Barely any towels, no salt or pepper. The washer was so loud, and the dryer does not work at all. The cabinet behind the washer was broken. No pool light. I’ve stayed in a couple houses down here and this by far was the worst one I have stayed in. I tried calling the owner the first day with no response at all.

Our granddaughter had received her make a wish and chose Disney world so of course me being her granny I had to b there but I wasn’t interested in staying in the park and this house was only 6 minutes from the Give the kids the world village ( the make a wish families stay there). Upon arrival it was super easy to check in and the house was very clean , which was great because I’m at tad ocd over cleanliness ! I had read other reviews and I was aware they had previous issues with the netting around the pool but in all fairness the storms were very hard and it had knocked some netting down ,I notified them of it and I even told them it was no big deal as most of my time was spent at Disney but the landlord had them out and it was fixed before we even left !! It was a beautiful home and the lake out back even had an alligator amongst all the fish turtles and ducks ,which made my grandchildren so happy to see !! I would definitely recommend this home and I would certainly book it again !!

Easy entrance and alarm disarming. Did notice the pet stains on the carpet in the dinning/lounge area. We did not use this area nor allowed our small dog in the area during our 6 week stay. the nicely decorated house with artificial plants imparted a warm homey feeling. Some of the major appliances were relatively new supporting a functional kitchen. Could have used a cookie sheet but the pizza pan made due. The location was on a side street and traffic and noise was minimal. Slept well on the bed, just had to get use to a foam mattress. It was restful and quiet so we really enjoyed the stay. Would stay again if the opportunity came up.

We have stayed at this property 3 times. The host is amazing, very responsive and kind. The location is great and the home is a great value.

Easy to find, spacious, pretty lake, quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. House is in need of paint, grout and carpet. Definitely pet friendly. Could use a doggie gate between formal carpeted rooms and vinyl . I made a barrier with iron board. My pup is only 3lbs. But the carpet had many stains from previous pets. Pool wasn’t heated so we called manager Craig whom walked us through set up. Malfunctioning pool alarm on sliding door went off numerous times and came off door and had to be rehung. Broken shower door handle in master. But none of this ruined our stay. We had wonderful time at parks and this quiet house was a great retreat.

Vey comfortable spacious house in a very nice neighbourhood. Well equipped and suitable for a family stay. Pool area in need of some maintenance and painting, netting in need of repair. Alarm system not operating and in need of service.

Property was ok, lanai cover had holes letting bugs in, paid for the pool to be heated but it wasn't as warm as expected

Overall pretty good. Internet wasn't working right. Tvs and ipads always going off while watching tv.and god forbid you leave a glass in the sink.really bad ant problem. I live in Florida too, exterminator will take care of that.dont blame the renter.Pool was nice tho

The house is in a great location and perfect for all parks, activities and shopping. Quiet and peaceful and a lovely neighbourhood. The details for the door codes etc need to be clearer and the alarms on the doors and difficult to work. We had issues with cleanliness and general repair of the property. It needs some TLC on basic things like blinds and windows, what really lets it down is cleanliness. It’s a rental so carpets etc you do expect wear and tear however sadly on our arrival hoovering left

When me and my family reached there, house the outside looked very good, I have a habit of taking pictures and recording when I first entered into a place. I’ve never been in, and at the end of my stay. I always take pictures and video record.when we into the inside of the property, there was a whole lot of flaws. (1) the carpets were a mess all different types of stains on the carpets (2) the blind in the living room to the front door was a mess all ripped up. (3) kitchen table, the legs were all wobbly. (4) The lint trapper to the dryer was full up. No one cleaned it out.(6) The bed in the master bedroom was lopsided. We had to sleep down to the foot of the bed instead of to the top of the bed.(7) The chairs at the kitchen table what all stained up also the table top was all marked up.(8) also, The pump to the pool was not working . The property manager came out and he also sent someone to clean the pool. I also contact someone I don’t know if the property manager or who but I contact someone I send them pictures to show them how the place was when we first got there. overall, I stay was not that great.

Communication was great from the start. Received check in information 2 weeks prior to stay. Everything was accurate and informative. Place was very nice, it was clean, had everything we needed. It was a short drive to Disney as well as shopping that we needed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved the layout of the house, we have two children and the bedrooms are away from the front door. They are directly across the house from the masterbedroom. We had a wonderful stay. We would stay again. Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful. In other properties I have rented through VRBO they had the basics such as salt and pepper. I get the bug problem but furnish the basics
