Beautiful seafront luxury villa, Quiet Area, Close to Center, Luxury Services

We had great time in Split and in this beautiful villa. we could not use all facilities since it was cold but definitely we will be back again during summertime. Thank you for everything and see you soon.

Villa was impeccable. Spacious, clean, with all things that we needed. Walking distance to the beaches and the city centre. We will recommend this villa to all and definitely come back again.

Very comfortable and clean, perfect for our group of 10. We dined at fresco in the poolside pergola every night (ana cooked beautiful 4 course meal for us) while the kids popped in and out of the pool between courses. The seaside directly behind the house is easy to access and there are snorkeling, a swimming holes,, a cave, tide pools, beaches and rocks to jump from all within 5 min walk.

We had a great stay at Hvar thanks to this amazing villa and host. Hamdy was very accommodating and contactable prior to and throughout our entire stay. The house was perfect for our group of 16 with plenty of bathrooms and comfortable beds as well as being extremely clean and tidy - just as it looks in the pictures, if not better. The location is also ideal. Breathtaking views everywhere you turn. I would definitely stay again at one of Hamdy's villas! Thank you for everything!

The house is in a great location being about 12 mins walk into split old town, the house itself has everything from a very well equipped kitchen to 5 really large bedrooms , outdooor spa and large pool. The standard of everything is extremly high. The owners Vibor and Kate were on hand to help with everything and you can see they take great pride in the house and nothing was too much trouble , making our stay relaxing and trouble free. Split old town itself is really worth seeing as are the islands but try and take a private boat tour, thanks for making this a memorable trip for us, would love to return - the Brown family

Feel so lucky to have found this amazing place. It was the perfect hideaway for me and my friends' Eurotrip. The place is true to the pictures, very artistic space, lots of room, and gorgeous views. It was perfect for us and the management company, Luxury Rentals Miami Beach was so great and easygoing. They held us by the hand through the entire booking process, and they made us feel like we were the only guests they had. Top notch. Thank you,
