Stayed Aug 19, 2023The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the Westin resort pool and amenities! Since this was our first time in the area, we didn’t know we’d be dealing with only the Westin, communication was a little spotty with the host. It is about 15-20 min walk to the beach but there is a shuttle as well. Would definitely return!

Stayed Oct 12, 2019This community is delightful. I checked in at the Westin main reception desk. I was referred to the Villa Management Office for any questions. I checked several times, but no one was in the office. However, the concierge for Westin was most helpful and our group had a great time.

Stayed Apr 15, 2017Condo was clean and had most everything we needed. A 2nd floor unit located further away from the entrance made for a quiet stay. Having the pool just a few steps away was wonderfully convenient and much quieter than Westin pool. The gas grill next to the pool was a nice bonus. Cooked some great steaks out there. We played hours of tennis each day and rode bikes everywhere. Bike rental was easy and they gave us a rental place upon check in. Bikes were delivered right away. We enjoyed the Westin amenities and visited the pool and pool bar. The condo didn't have beach chairs so the one day we went to beach we rented from Beach Patrol at the Westin. I made a note to bring our chairs if driving and visiting again. The screen porch was perfect. Overall a wonderful week with perfect weather. We would rent in Ocean Palms again.
