Beautiful, modern, spacious villa; sleeps 15. Private pool and jacuzzi

Good location and not far to the beach and shopping. Sadly the cleaning of the property was poor and there were many things that was not in order which made the stay less cosy.

Have mixed views of the villa. There were good and bad aspects. Firstly the local host Lynne was good, accessible and tried to address any issues we had. The good things about the villa were a large functional kitchen , good lounge and dining room suitable for a good size group though we were only 6 people . The gardens and pool with heating were also great. The layout though was bizarre with 1 bathroom at ground floor level with no bedroom. 2 bathrooms on lower level with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom on a second lower level with 4 bedrooms . There were plenty of beds though throughout. Also we have a shower leak with water coming through a lower ceiling that couldn't be fixed whilst we were there but attempts made. In brief the villa is tired in several aspects with mold in the showers etc. Not top notch but functional i guess

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Oceanica. The villa size was great for large groups - we were 10 adults and 5 children. The swimming pool and out door areaa were excellent & well kept. It was perfect to have a table and seating on the outdoor terrace large enough to fit our entire group. There was Aircon in every room & bathrooms were clean. I would highly recommend hiring cars as it is it is a very large hill to walk back from the restaurants-especially in 30 degree heat. A few minor negatives that didn't detract from our enjoyment- kitchen utensils like knives were poor for home cooking & pots need replacing (we cooked in quite a few nights).

We were a group of 13 people from switzerland in this property and the stay there was just amazing. We knew that the shops for food and drinks were not easy to reach by foot so we rented a car by advice of victoria. We stayed there during corona and victoria and tina who managed everything with the key were so nice and available the whole time. The yard with the pool is by far the best about this property. The neighbors were really nice and even wanted to party with us. I do recommend this property for people who do not have the intention to reach shops and the beach by foot except you want to walk like 15 minutes down and up hill.

We hired Oceanica and Panoramica for a week as a group of 23 of us. The properties were prefect, the interconnecting gate in the gardens was really useful. The bedrooms were comfortable and have aircon in them. The location is great as it's just off the toll road about 30 minutes from Malaga airport, and picking up the keys was simple. We could walk to 3/4 restaurants up the hill and one bar in less than 10 minutes and I understand there are some more restaurants walkable in the other direction. It is a quiet urbanisation, it was nice to get some rest and relaxation. There's lots to see and do in the area, some of us went into Marbella and tried paddleboarding, a small group went on a hike up the mountains, there's lots of pretty little towns to explore, one day we hired a catamaran from Estepona which is also a lovely place to visit. Puerto Banus was about 20 minutes in a taxi for 40 euro, so it's possible to go out for dinner and drinks there, although it's pricey once you get there. Would recommend having a couple of cars to be able to explore and also get the shipping in, there's lots of supermarkets nearby. The kitchens are well equipped and had plenty of crockery and cutlery for the whole group, there's at least 1 BBQ in each villa, ping pong table, pool table, pool and Jacuzzi - we were thoroughly spoilt. We had such a great week that we are already talking about coming back next year.

Very impressed with the communication with the owners before we travelled and with the local agent when we arrived. House was immaculate and the gardens and outside areas are manicured! Lots of facilities for the kids including badminton, table tennis, pool table and internet (everyone needs internet!!). We opted and paid the extra for swimming pool heating and it was so worthwhile allowing us to use the pool everyday (can’t rely on natural heat in April) and also made full use of the Hot Tub. All in all a fantastic villa in a brilliant location with simply stunning views. Highly recommend this villa and we will certainly be booking it again.

We recently stayed here for 1 week and had the most relaxing time at Villa Oceanica. We we're very pleased with our choice when we arrived and saw the large spacious kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the fabulous large pool and garden! We didnt have the pool heated as we stayed in July. It was a tad cool on dipping your toes in but if you just jump in its the most refreshing way of cooling down in the July heat! The sun loungers are most comfortable we've ever had too!! There are two good restaurants up the road, we'd highly recommend the italian! And its only a short drive to near by harbour - we went down to Copa Pino for some great sea food. We had a hire car too - essential for the location of this villa. So we took the short drive to Marbella, Peurto de Banus and down to Fuengirola during our stay. You are spoilt for choice on supermarkets too. The owners of the villa are great for communication and any advice that you may need for your stay at Villa Oceanica. Thank you Victoria for letting us stay.
