Beautiful Mauna Lani Home with access to the Private Beach Club.

Our vacation at Mauna Lani was fabulous. Cheers to Steve and Maryanne for having us. This property is clean, very well stocked, and nicely maintained with care as mentioned by other reviews. There is easy access to all vacation amenities, grocery stores, shopping, resorts, beaches, amazing restaurants, etc. We loved the quick sushi and poke selections at Foodland store on way home from exploring. The swimming pool on property is very nice, private, and close by. We are a family of four with teens. We are very discerning with respect to where we stay. This home had separate space for all of us to relax, kick back, break from each other to rest up, read a book, watch a show, sit on the lanai and BBQ, etc. Us dads get to enjoy time off from work too, so nice to have elbow room as needed. We’ve been traveling to Hawaii the last several years during our kids’ spring break, staying on Kauai near Poipu Beach. We picked the Big Island this year which is just as cool and amazing as beautiful Kauai, maybe even better. We would stay here again for sure.

Our stay was so wonderful! The home was so clean and nice it made us feel like we were staying at a luxury resort. The house was stocked with anything you could need - beach supplies, snorkel gear, and random food items which is always nice. Our only criticism is the 5 min drive to the private beach club. We mistakenly assumed that access to a private beach club meant we were within walking distance to the beach. It just made us plan out our beach days a little more.

Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time. Well stocked with everything we needed and then some! Beautiful home with a great location. Can’t wait to return.

Very nice property and well appointed . We spent most of our time at the pool. Our granddaughter’s favourite. She had some kids to play with a few times and the rest of the time It was quiet.

Lovely property - perfect for a celebration trip! Hosts were very responsive to any inquiry, and very welcoming. This trip was in celebration of my husband's 80th birthday, and our daughter, her husband and 2 children (3 and 5) joined us. The layout of this home enabled the older folk to sleep downstairs, with the rest being upstairs. It was perfect - each room was well appointed, and everything so welcoming. The open layout worked well when everyone was in the big room. Everything that we needed was there.Good location, also - we had stayed in the area before, and were happy to get back. We were able to go to the beach almost every day, and the unit had everything needed for that activity. The access to the Private Beach Club really enhances the value of the stay. Lovely beach, great for kids, snorkelers and divers. Could not improve there.Everyone in our party had a absolutely magical time - many special memories created. Highly recommend. Everything went well with the house except two things. We had trouble with the tv in the living area, the wifi kept going out. Also, the shower head in the downstairs bedroom was AWFUL. I let the host know the second day we were there, but nothing was done til we left. The house is in a great area, close to many tourist areas, and quiet.

Wonderful, spacious home, perfect for our family of 4 plus older parents. We appreciated all the amenities and access to the private beach!

The home is in a gated community of the Mauna Lani Resort area which was in a perfect location to explore tide pools and the petroglyphs. The unit is beautiful and well maintained. The hosts provided helpful information prior to our stay, and how to instructions during the stay. Access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was perfect since we had 2 young children. Highly recommend!

This rental was far nicer than the listing shows. The amenities were superb. The location great, gym great, pool great! The outdoor dining was perfect and used for every meal. BBQ was great and easy to use. The linens and beds were far nicer than any other rental I've been in. I guess in short, the place was FANTASTIC!The hosts were always quick to response (I had questions prior to going, none while I was there.) The instruction book and instructions for use were perfect.

The property itself was relaxing and a comfortable space to laze around in the morning before going on an excursion or to the beach! The place was very inviting and the dining table and living room made it feel not just like a house but a home. When I had any questions, the owners were very responsive and accommodating! I would definitely stay here again, we enjoyed our time here!

The home was lovely and perfect for our multi-generation family. Wonderful location, very well stocked with everything we needed. Comfy beds.The kids loved the beach club and pool.The neighborhood was very upscale. We made great use of the body boards and snorkel equipment. We highly recommend this property.

Every detail was covered in this home. Things you thought you forgot, they were there. The selection of beach equipment was incredible-chairs, umbrellas, towels, sunscreen, beach mats, toys; don't bother packing a thing! Bose sound systems everywhere and every dish, cup, pan and cooking utensil you could ever wish for.The house was immaculate and beautifully appointed in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Well withing walking distance to an impressive little upscale grocery store, small shopping mall and Tommy Bahama restaurant. A little further on (5min drive) was a really nice restaurant, a baby beach and walking trails to the Fairmont with more restaurants. The hosts were texting to ask if we were doing well and if we had everything we needed. Any questions I asked were answered within 20 minutes. Do not hesitate!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful Mauna Lani townhouse, and once again, it exceeded all expectations! Steve and Maryanne are impeccable hosts—gracious, responsive, and thoughtful in every detail.The home is perfect for three couples, with spacious ensuite bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a relaxing outdoor space. It’s spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and in a prime location with access to the private beach club.We were in Hawaii for a triathlon, and having such a comfortable, well-located home base made all the difference. This property exceeded our high expectations!!! Everything was well-stocked, high quality and functional. The outdoor kitchen was a great bonus and where we ate all of our meals and had happy hours...

Beautiful and spacious property. We traveled with our two daughters and their husbands. This 3 bedroom property was perfect for us, plus we chose it because it was in a central location to go north or south for our adventures. Very nice and comfortable and quiet! We would stay here again.

We had a really wonderful time at Steve and Maryann’s place. Our friends commented that the property is nicer than the photos on the listing. The house came fully stocked with everything you could need for vacation — beach gear (eg snorkels, noodles, boards, beach chairs), full kitchen ware, ample linens and towels, etc. We also had a great time at the beach club and saw several turtles while snorkeling. Steve and Maryann were quick to respond when we asked them questions and helpfully put together a number of guides for exploring the island and resort. All in all, A.

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was beyond our expectations. Definitely a 10/10. Would give more if I could . Each room was decorated beautifully. Lots of space . Each bedroom has its own ensuite which is fantastic and so convenient. All the beds were soooooo comfortable. The layout of the kitchen, living room and dining room made for great interactions with all our guests. Lots of seating in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The lanai was great - it had a nice lounge sofa which got a lot of use. Great outdoor dining table and BBQ. We have rented several different properties in Mauna Lani and Waikoloa and this hands down was our FAVORITE. I have been coming to the Big Island for 10 years . It was great having the use of the garage and having dedicated parking was amazing. You could get home late and not have to worry about finding a parking space. Lots of chairs, snorkel equipment, beach umbrellas , cooler bags and chairs to use at the private beach club. Maryanne and Steve were so great to communicate with . They answered every question I had before and during our stay so quickly. They were so easy to deal with . I think they might have gotten tired of me telling them how much I loved their property. My husband who usually doesn't comment on the properties I rent for us - actually kept saying how much he loved this property. I would rent again without hesitation. Great property and fantastic hosts.

I can’t say enough good things. Beautiful landscape, well planned home, lovely furnishings and more kitchen equipment than our group of six needed. Everything was clean and in good working order. The owners communicated easily. We were all very pleased.

Great stay! The unit is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a spectacular vacation. We enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee and family dinners. The beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc were super. Steve was responsive and all communication was excellent.

Great community and perfect location. House was in great shape and owners were very accommodating.

This is a beautiful property, extensively outfitted, and in an excellent location. The kitchen is has prodigious supplies, dishes, and cooking items. All the bedrooms are comfortably decorated, with each bath fully supplied. Outdoor areas are very nice as well. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy our time in Mauna Lani!

Three couples stayed at this amazing house. We did not want for anything as this home had everything we could possibly need. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the things. Beach towels, beach toys, ice chest, beach chairs and even sunscreen for everyone’s use. Beds were very comfortable and there was room for everyone in the living room. The community pool was within walking distance as was foodland. Shampoo was in all bathrooms and even boxes of Kleenex. There is nothing missing in this home. You will not be disappointed if you stay in this property for your Hawaiian vacation.

This home is even better than the listing!!! I can’t say enough good things about it but will try. Communication with the owners was awesome. We contacted them a few times with questions about the area and ideas on where we could renew our vows in a secluded area. They were so helpful and just in case you are looking for a place to do just that, it’s right down the street and absolutely amazing! The kitchen- beautiful granite, high end Wold stove, vent and wall oven and sub-zero refrigerator. Tons of space. Lots of spices and basics to cook with. Lanai- we spent so much time hanging out together outside. Great dining space and outdoor kitchen for grilling, and comfortable outdoor furniture to have coffee, wine, etc. Three spacious bedrooms each with their own private attached bathroom. Perfect for couples traveling together. The owners suite is beautiful and huge! The bed was firm but very comfortable foam. The garage has plenty of snorkel masks and fins, beach cooler, beach umbrellas and even a few pairs of water socks in case you forget yours. The Mauna Lani beach which is available for your use and free. Not really walkable just a quick 5 min. Drive. We also loved the petroglyph beach which is just north of the Fairmont Orchid for its beauty and privacy but it is definitely not a swimming beach. Tons of beautiful white coral and black lava rock. Just stunning. This is where we renewed our vows. It is 2 min. From the home. This home is a ten!!!

We stayed with our son, his wife and their 9-month old. House is super comfortable, access to the beach club stole the show.

The resort is very nice. Very expensive.

The property is lovely and wonderfully situated in the Mauna Lani area. Access to the private beach and cove was a definite plus. Hapuna Beach Recreation Area is conveniently located just up the road. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and a very large complement of pans, utensils, plates, glasses and silverware. It was ideal for our stay with our grandkids. Everything about this place is absolutely first rate, and we have absolutely no reservations about recommending it highly.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was truly luxurious. The owners have spared no expense to ensure guests are comfortable. It felt like staying at the home of a close friend or family member. The pool and spa within the gated community are great and a short walk from the home. We also enjoyed runs and walks to and from the Fairmont and adjacent beach. The beach club/private beach is also incredible, and a short drive from the house. It is a good place to snorkel, wander around the adjacent fish ponds, and watch sunsets. The beach club restaurant is pricey, but the food and service are solid. We walked to the small shopping center adjacent to the gated community multiple times during our stay for groceries, meals (Mexican restaurant and taproom are great), and shopping. We would definitely rent this home again.
