The home location cannot be beat! And the layout is perfect. But there were unexpected issues that lowered our rating. Light bulbs were burned out; batteries in remotes had gotten corroded (no spares found so I purchased new ones and cleaned the remotes); the kitchen was not well stocked; A/C vents were forced closed and could not be opened; there were no instructions for operating the TVs; and the lis goes on. Nice place for sure but it needs better care and attention.

It was extremely clean and the furnishings have been updated and are in excellent condition. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all of the utensils, cutlery, cups, glasses, plates, pots/pans that you could possibly need. And then there’s the view and the beach - it just doesn’t get any better. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the screened in porch, having lunch on the patio or walking down the well-maintained boardwalk to the beach - it’s all just perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and you’re just a short walk to Salty Dog. We’ve vacationed on Lands End Road many times and this home is, by far, our favorite.
