Beautiful Island Escape Villa ~Walk to Beach ~ Pool

The unit had alot of ammenities that we didn't expect !! Very comfortable bed and living room furniture. Would recommend to everyone.

We so enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect. Even though the property is not beach front, it was so easy to get to the beach. There was a convenient paved path to the beach and we had access to a private bathroom (for guests of the condo complex) right near the boardwalk to the beach. The property also had great beach gear for us to use (chairs, umbrellas, and most helpfully a beach wagon)! We were also walking distance (about .8 miles) to the little downtown with shops and great restaurants. The property was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again!

The perfect place for a family stay! Location is great - quiet community with pool, easy access to a less crowded beach, everything is a bike ride away (bike racks out front)! The property itself checked all the boxes - clean, comfy, quiet, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer/dishwasher. Really enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and post-beach hangs. Fede is an excellent host - clear and prompt communication, checked in with us to make sure all was good, provided an extra parking pass. Highly recommend this property and will definitely book again next time we're in Hilton Head.

This was our second time staying at Seascape Villas and we enjoyed our time here immensely. The property was clean and well stocked with all we could need, including the beach supplies and wagon to cart it all around. Federico was extremely responsive to any questions we had. My wife and I both had no worries with regards to communication should any issues come up. I highly recommend staying at this villa and Federico's property will be my first choice for out next visit.

This was a great house for me, my husband, mother, and three kids. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was even during busy spring break times. The owner was very responsive and made our stay so great! The back deck was my favorite part of the house. The only reason I’m not giving this stay five stars is because the stairs were very steep and have a transition strip on each step which is a trip hazard/makes walking up and down more difficult. Other than that, it was amazing!
