Beautiful house with swimming pool surrounded by greenery, modern, luxury finishes

Superb stylish villa with wonderful gardens and pool. Remote control gates added a great feel of security. Table under the pergola was superb for taking meals. We cooked outside all the time as the Bbq was excellent and the local shops, especially the Sigma, had a great variety of meat and a seafood counter where we bought squid and prawns etc. There is a larger Esselunga supermarket on John F Kennedy in Lido di Camaoire but once we discovered the Sigma there was no need to return. We would greatly recommend the Ristorante Antipasteria Katia Montebello on the end of Via Grotto just a few minutes walk from the Villa. We went there twice as the food and service was so good. We would recommend the villa for those wanting a home away from home experience - well appointed, extremely clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels (including pool towels) supplied. Within easy driving distance of Lido Di Camaiore for the beach, Pietrasanta, Pisa and Lucca for sightseeing and shopping . Our hosts Donatella and her son Gabriel were very courteous with good communication.

The villa was very clean, beds were comfortable, modern kitchen which had everything in it that we needed. The pool was a highlight for the children and the view from the garden was beautiful. Donatella and her son were caring hosts and answered quickly to any questions. .

Lovely clean spacious house with beautiful garden and pool, with views of mountains and town of Camaiore. Narrow roads through the village to get to the property - small car probably best! 20 minute drive to the beaches. Less than an hour to Pisa and Lucca. Great location.

We had a great time. The villa has an amazing view and great outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Amazing and super helpful host! Would totally recommend if you’re after a quiet and relaxing holiday in a very picturesque area.

The house is indeed as it was presented and is comfortable. The swimming pool with the patio is very nice to stay and the view is beautiful. Just mosquitos protection are needed. Privacy of the premises is just perfect. The hosts have answered any request in less than 30 minutes and have been extremely kind. We could visit Florence, Lucca, Pisa which are at reasonable driving distance. The very nice beaches are at 15 to 25 mins drive. The tourists in the area are mainly Italian families which gives a nice atmosfeer. The house is located in the mountain with very narrow street not really fit for walking. We only found pity there were a very limited start pack (salt, pepper, sugar,...) but the wijn bottle was very good. No changes of linen or towels was not planned after a week, for a stay of two weeks it is usually the case. For the next renters I advise you to book the restaurants well in advance, the best ones are overbooked in high season. In conclusion our opinion is very positive over the house. For the location if you like the mix moutain and beaches this is just perfect. Thank you to our hosts for their welcome and support.

We really liked the house, it is tastefully furnished, comfortable and felt like a home from home. It was very clean and well presented when we arrived. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The restaurant nearby is also highly recommended.

We had a wonderful week in this immaculate and beautiful villa. All the facilities were available that we required. There were plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within a short walk (within the village centre). Gabriel was extremely helpful and always available should we need him. Overall, a very relaxing week - would definitely return.

The house was better than the photos. The pool area and garden had just been redone and was a wonderful place have lunch or just relax. The house was very clean and everything worked. It was practical and not too cluttered. Good Internet access, tv, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, cooker, coffee machines etc. The location was quiet but not isolated. We love Lido de Camaiore and Viareggio which were not far. Also Lucca was only about half an hour away. The owners live nearby but we did not need to call them as everything was fine. When we are back in the area this house (and we have stayed in quite a few) will be our first consideration. Thank you.
