Stayed Feb 21, 2025Very nice home with all the amenities. Pool also very nice. 3 TV's but you need to bring your own fire stick, Roku or local station portable antenna. Outside pool area had nice pool equipment and chairs but was pretty noisy during the day due to lots of truck traffic on the front street. Lots of construction in the area. Still was a very nice rental.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024The place was beautiful and clean. We were not able to get the tv's in 2 of the bedrooms, the third room didnt have a tv. The fans in the porch area wouldnt come come one.

Stayed May 25, 2024This property provided most of the basics. It was clean upon arrival. Pool and the canal view were nice. Cons: Upon checking out, I made the property manager/owner aware of certain issues. 1. At the time of our rental. She had a German roach, infestation in the kitchen . This was documented. 2. One of the guestroom TVs did not power on at all. And while this is not a dealbreaker, it would’ve been nice to have some cartoons on for the kids in the morning. 3. Lastly how much 35, the patio fan was loose to the point that we could not turn it on without it shaking violently. The owner promised she would handle all of these items promptly.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024The house is located in a nice area. Close to Sanibe/captiva and Fort Myers. It’s a nice property but needs an upgrade and they need to take care of some roaches in the kitchen.

Stayed Apr 20, 2024Was a great property. Comfortable beds. Wish we had more time to enjoy we were in town for a funeral. Definitely bring a fishing pole its a good spot to fish.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024Rented this property for 2 months. Had cockroaches for 2 months. I sprayed, owner sprayed, professional sprayed multiple times. Couldn't use any kitchenware due to cockroaches in everything. Someone's cloths left in closets. 1 bed had no sheets. Extra sheets had what appeared to be blood stains on them. This property needs much help.

Stayed Jan 25, 2024What a lovely home to recover from a long road trip. Very nice , comfortable place with pretty views down the canal from the pool/lanai. House was well equipped with all we needed.
