Beautiful Golf Front Villa!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a few notes. Downstairs bedframe is cheap. Had to have maintenance come out and repair. Couches could use a steam cleaning. Dishwasher leaves residue on dishes so hand-wash those while you are there. Sliding glass door was hard to open and shut. Tried to clean the tracks and noticed that one is bent. No idea how it could have happened. The owners to the right (looking out to the golf course) were very nice and had great things to say about the owner of our rental. Cutting board would have been nice. More cereal bowls too. There were only 2 of them. Great location for the price. I wouldn't stay there again. Palmetto Dunes is always the pick, going to reserve Queens Grant next year.

Cleaning could have been better - we would dental flossers on the living room carpet. This was our second time in this unit and would rent again.

Slider doesn’t function properly with makeshift lock that we needed to tighten. Screen door doesn’t close tightly. Shade in dining area about 8” too short and bedroom blinds that don’t work.Bed is so old and uncomfortable. We realize now why this was the only place available when we booked.

Reviewer Comments: Dual entrance unit.A bit in living room could not be figured out. Pool closed all week. Washer machine stopped working. Cleaning staff left the place clean - but you can't get rid of couch stains - not the cleaning staff responsibility. Inverness and palmetto are still great despite this units short comings - for the amount of time you stay - you decide what is important to you.

Our villa was clean and well decorated but no tv, clothes washer, or hvac instructions. Patio was a mess and grill had no propane so sitting outside was not an option.

I must say overall things were fine but the owner should leave more instruction re: internet password and how to operate the washer. The Blue Guide book found in all rentals was left empty of instruction! Also K bed had no mattress pad! A few more dishes would also be helpful- had to buy measuring cups and spoons too! But we had a good time none the less! Front Desk Associates were fabulous with help with a number of issues!

This unit could have the front door and lock repaired and cleaned. The back patio and door need cleaning and repair. Need new cutlery and frying pans. The management should supply more than 2 dishwasher tablets for a weeks stay and coffee papers. Kitchen chairs are poor and the master bed is hard. Nice new carpet and remodeled first floor bath.

Reviewer Comments: Although we had a minor hiccup shortly after checking in (the patio of our assigned unit was under construction), the front desk folks happily reassigned to us an upgraded unit, 943 Inverness, which was beautiful and even larger than we had expected. The townhouse was beautifully located with views of the golf course. We will try to rent the same house on our next trip to Hilton Head Island
