Beautiful exclusive villa with heatable pool and jacuzzi directly at the sea.

Wonderful villa in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view. The pool was a delight for for two grandchildren after a day at the beach or sightseeing.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this amazing home! The view is incredible, so absolutely stunning that pictures can’t do it justice. The neighborhood is lovely and only a short walk to the cliff trails. The home itself is gorgeous and equipped with everything we could have wanted. Gorgeous beaches and restaurants are only a 15 minute drive - absolutely perfect for me and my husband, our 2 sons and daughter-in-laws and our 6 year old granddaughter. Checking in was seamless, the landscaping and flowers are gorgeous as well!

This luxury property did not disappoint. Stupendous views over the Atlantic with amazing clifftop walks. The property is well maintained and very clean with two visits from cleaners during our 1-week stay. Wonderful pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well-equipped and all required amenities were available.

This was our second time staying here and there is a reason we came back and plan to go back again. The views are amazing and you can walk right out and take a walk on the cliffs along the ocean. Sometimes it's hard to tell just how good a view of a property is as they are taken at just the right angle to make it look good. That's not the case here! The view is unimpeded. It's close to town (5-10 minute drive) but just enough removed to have some privacy and quiet. A number of improvements had been made since our first stay so the house is well cared for which you don't always find with a rental. There is plenty of space and amenities here. Frequently you find a rental with 2 plates and 2 glasses and not much else but the kitchen here is well equipped if you have the need or desire to eat in. I had to do some work while I was there and the wifi was good. The property manager Weiland was excellent as well. We did not have any problems with the property in which we needed his help but he was great with communication and check in and providing recommendations for the area of places we had not experienced before. We can't wait to come back again.

We had the most fabulous two week stay here. The views were tremendous - out to sea with cliff side walks on the doorstep. The villa offered every facility and comfort and the pool and jacuzzi were tremendous. Thank you to Josenita for sharing her lovely home with us and thank you to Wieland for his welcome hospitality. Great from start to finish , very well equipped villa

The property we stayed in in Carvoeiro was absolutely gorgeous, we all loved it . Our party consisted of 7 adults and 1 child and was very suitable for all ages. The WiFi connections were good for the devices and television was good for all our party members. The villa was clean and well looked after the manager was brilliant and one very small problem was sorted out rapidly!! It is I feel necessary to have a vehicle as the shops are not close but the view and scenery is breathtaking !! We will definitely be returning!!!

My group had a great time at Tres Espadas villa. The house is situated in a quiet community and is perched on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The pictures don't do it proper justice as the house is actually more spacious than the pictures indicate. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the two hammocks very much. Also, we had a private chef visit the house twice and he was able to make incredible dinners using the well-appointed kitchen. Thanks again for a great vacation!

Probably the best Villa in the Area, close to everything you need, hire a car if you can , interior immaculately kept, want to go back already. Easy to deal with people when hiring, FANTASTIC ! A TASTE OF HOW THE OTHER HALF LIVE ! There is actually another whole appartment upstairs with a kitchen and lock on the door, self contained. 2 families have loads of room without getting under each others feet. Thank you, thank you thank you.

It was a lovely and relaxing week. Pool area was perfect for the days we didn’t want to go down to the beach! Kitchen with good cooking facilities. We really recommend this property for nice holidays! Maggie S.
