Beautiful Algarve Holiday Villa, With Private Pool, Heated Pool(opcional), Wi-FI

Lovely villa, great location near the beach and the heated pool was excellent. Our hosts were very helpful and we’d definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay here! Their house is very spacious and the pool is huge and very nicely heated! There’s a few restaurants and bars within walking distance and only a short very cheap uber ride from old town and vilamoura .

Lovely villa, lovely sized pool. Beds comfy! Amazing location. Hosts lovely. Showers decent! The property does need modernising a bit, the sprinklers didn't seem to properly work and the sun beds could do with renewal. There was an ant problem when we arrived for a couple of days but once the lovely cleaners cleaned there seemed to be less. The bathroom down stairs has a bit of a smell at times. The kitchen was well equipped and the use of the washing machine was fab. Bedrooms great with lots of storage! The supply of pool towels was handy too. The location was great and the restaurants and bars near by were good. The bar on the corner with a pool table was great and the owners were friendly! Most of the restaurants along that area were nice too! Would recommend this villa and possibly stay again!

Our third visit to this villa. It’s in a fantastic, peaceful location within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. We were a family of 6 adults and the villa and pool area provided plenty of space for us to enjoy.

Our stay at Casa das Aguias was lovely. We were welcomed on arrival, and given a quick tour of the villa. The villa was clean, well equipped and perfect for our holiday. Pool and table tennis were fully utilised and enjoyed by the whole family. The location was great; there were shops, and restaurants within walking distance; and it was just a 15 minute drive to larger areas with more choices if you preferred.Pool area was not over looked, and it was a quiet spot for relaxing.The only thing reason I have not given 5 stars, is I think a welcome pack would be a great addition. With instructions for Cable TV, Oven etc and recommendations of nearby restaurants and activities.We had a super holiday and we would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you

The villa was located in a quiet area with a fantastic view and amenities. The host was very friendly and hospitable, it is an exemplary villa and excellent facilities.

Fabulous outdoor area, very large clean villa, great location, walking distance of shops, cafes, bars Great communication from host. Could maybe have had a welcome book in the villa with info on wi-fi, Villa info, recommendations for local restaurants etc but host was available for any questions

Large, clean villa with a great supply of kitchen utensils and amenities. The pool is the highlight (definitely recommend heating). Numerous restaurants within walking distance and a great supermarket. Lovely beaches nearby and ubers are cheap ro venture further afield. No xomplaints at all

This property was spotlessly clean, with well equipped kitchen and two eating areas (outside and inside). BBQ area used on two nights and pool and sunbeds all very clean and tidy. Midweek clean was appreciated and gardens and surrounding area kept immaculate. We hope to book again! 5 star holiday at 5 star accomodation

Been here several times and never fails to impress. Highly recommend. Brilliant villa in a perfect location to shops, restaurants and beaches. Will definitely be back again.

A group of us stayed during the first week of September. The villa was well equipped, clean, and exactly as listed. The villa is not overlooked, and the views are lovely. The check-in process was friendly and simple, and the villa is a 2 minute drive from some local restaurants, a large supermarket, and various shops, and a 5 minute drive from the Strip nightlife. Would recommend.

We’ve just landed back in the uk after a wonderful week away in this amazing villa. All the family loved the huge spacious pool, especially the grandchildren. The bedrooms were a good size and all had good air-con units. The villa was Very near the beach and a large supermarket. Would love to come back at some point.

Excellent villa in a great location. Pool area is the highlight and a real sense of privacy given no other villas alongside. Intermarché a 5 min walk, closest restaurants 5 mins and the main beach front 15 mins. We found the Maria Luisa beach to be better than the local one, just 20 min walk. Hosts were excellent and a perfect stay.

This is a fantastic property in a quiet area of Othos de Agua.Everything was fantastic from check in to departure. I cannot fault anything with Casa Das Aguias. Supermarket and restaurants are close by and a 15 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend.

It was perfect for our family. The house and the location. The only thing is we should have requested a heated pool. It was too cold in the morning and evening

We loved our stay at this villa. The villa is beautiful, plenty of space and very clean. We went as a family including our 3 year old son and my parents, perfect for all ages. The villa is brilliantly located, only few minutes walk from lovely restaurants and inter marche supermarket. We didn't require a car which is one of the reasons we chose to stay here. We used Uber for taxis and between 8-12€ to the main area of Albuferia. Very easy to contact host using the Vrbo app and quick response. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at this villa.

This was our second stay at this villa. We find the villa provides everything we need for a relaxing stay. The pool area and gardens are well kept and spacious and the villa was very clean. The location is within walking distance for restaurants and shops. We were a party of 6 adults and there was ample space for us all.

We were a group of 6 adults and 1 child and we loved our stay at this villa - the house is full of character and more than comfortable for 8 people. It has a spacious outdoor area with a lovely garden and a big swimming pool. The villa felt private but not isolated, and was a quick walk to plenty of bars and restaurants near Olhos de Agua beach and the supermarket. Our only slight criticism, like other reviews, are that there is no info book with details for wifi, air con and check out instructions etc. It’s not a huge issue though as the owner is easily contactable and will get back to you quickly if you have any questions. Also, it would have been handy if some more basics were left in the cupboards like salt, pepper, olive oil etc as I’m sure many that stay here end up leaving things. That being said, we’d gladly come back again and recommend to others.

Fabulous holiday at this villa. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Near to some lovely restaurants and a good base to travel from . We had the pool heated for the children and it was well worth it. We are looking forward to returning.
