Stayed Nov 5, 2025This home is not as advertised. The pictures are old. There were centipedes and other crawling insects throughout the villa which is the basement of someone's home. The yard is full of debris, molded and broken furniture, broken gas grill and etc. Mold covers the steps and outside of the home. The blinds in the master are broken. The oven door doesn't open. The bath towels were stale and paper thin. I don't believe anyone has rented there in a while and I can understand why. The host has since contacted me to say they had done some cleaning but that didn't help our expensive stay with no alternative accommodations available.The host had the audacity to write us to say they knew there were issues that needed to be addressed and will work on it.They offered a paltry refund.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024We loved Maryland and my son says it’s one of the most beautiful places he’s been. Less than 15 minutes from a charming little town called Potomac with shopping and good food. The property is lovely and the rooms were great. We used the kitchen and watched movies to wind down. Our trip into DC was smooth and the scenery was beautiful. We plan to return in July 2026 and bring the rest of the family.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024Although the property met my basic needs it’s important to know that this is not a large home with a single attached villa but a large home broken down into 4-8 rental units. The online pictures are not an accurate depiction of what you will get. They’re also old. There is no swimming pool as it’s been filled in and the contorted interior enables the owners to formulate different combinations of units depending on the requests they get. Yet this lacks the security and safety features of a multi unit dwelling. My prior experiences on VRBO have been good.
