Beautiful 2 story 1 Bedroom Villa with two full bathrooms

Clean and well situated for spending days at the spa. Host very responsive. But, very outdated and showing its age.

Great location and we really appreciated Erin's attention to detail as we were short on towels. She made sure all of our needs were met. it was nice to have coffee and waters available for us. We would go back!

Spent some time away at the casino in Clay's place. The listing has everything you need and more! Love the location.

Clay was a terrific host. Property was just as promised. Would definitely love to go back and stay again. Area is so quiet and peaceful, just a great place to relax!

In town for a tournament with my husband and daughter so it was the perfect fit for us. Very convenient location from Mohegan Sun

I was so disappointed upon arrival opening the door we smelled nothing but a mildew smell. There was mold and mildew on air vents, shower curtain, ceiling. Then the cob or dust webs all over. Villa is dated. Sheets wet bleach stained. I was so mad as I was in town meeting my daughter’s best friend to celebrate her 30th birthday. Contacted owner and he did have someone come clean Saturday but it never should have been in that condition to begin with. He told me villa was cleaned three days earlier. I have a hard time believing this. Villa should have been cleaned prior to my check in. I made reservation weeks ago. I had to go to Walmart and get bleach spray, febreeze spray, air fresheners and Clorox wipes. I had to open windows and air out villa. I hope this mildew doesn’t get me or my guests sick. I have a hard time that this place was previously rated 9.7.

Was a perfect little getaway. Clean, easy to find, and comfortable. Would recommend.

Property is well maintained and meets all your needs. Close proximity to casinos, dining and amenities at the Norwich Inn & Spa. Wonderful time!
