Guests will have full access to the entire home.

The door has a digital lock so guests can check-in at their convenience. We are available anytime though call/text if you have any questions.

Parking: guests can park 7 vehicles in the driveway. Please note there is no parking on the street at any time.

Resort: Guests have full access to Veranda Palms Resort amenities at no additional cost. The amenities include a large community pool, play structure with water slide, fitness center, and lounging area. The resort is open from dawn to dusk.

Veranda Palms Resort is centrally located with easy access to Disney Parks (15 mins drive) , Universal (25 mins drive).

Pool and Hot Tub Heat: pool and spa heating is additional $30/day. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you would like the pool heated.

BBQ: there is a one time $50 BBQ fee if you use the BBQ.

Note: Upon your arrival, you will find a complimentary starter set including toilet rolls, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for your immediate use. Following this initial provision, guests are expected to procure any additional supplies they may need throughout their stay. Thank you.
