Beachfront Villa With Private Pool & Lovely Garden, Sleeps 5 adults + 4 kids

The house was in a great location short walk to restaurants, massage parlors, coffee shops, little markets. It was also right on the beach with beautiful views. It was a tad dated in the home. The kitchen definitely needs some attention. We chose to eat out every meal as the kitchen wasn’t a place I wanted to cook in and the dishes/pans were limited. Overall we loved where the home was and Meena was helpful.

Amazing location right on a quiet, almost private, beach. A refreshing pool with both shallow and refleshingly deep sections.The nearest town is about 10 minutes walk, with a number of small grocery stores and restaurants. For anything else you'll need a ride.A separate living/pool house and bedrooms means you can keep the bedrooms cool and clean, while living it up in the pool house.Lovely garden and relaxation options. A few things around the house could use some maintenance, but we had a wonderful week on the beach nonetheless!

We spent most of the time in the pool! It is perfect, although a little abrasive on the arms when resting on the edge.First impressions were that most rooms would be too hot to stay in. This is due to the greenhouse effect of a glass roof in the living area and no aircon in the kitchen/diner.However, with all the doors open in the kitchen and the fans on, it was pleasant. Zircon in the bedroom kept that as a cool oasis.The beach is mostly empty and is a wonderful strolling spot. The sea is very shallow so is safe for kids but too shallow for a swim without veering out some distance. Nevertheless, it's benign and safe.There's a fabulous beach bar with superb cocktails pretty much next door. You cannot hear it from the house, despite another comment in the reviews.All in all, this house was one of the highlights of out Thailand trip!

An exceptional place to stay right on the beach and within walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Meena was a great host. Unfortunately the internet did not work during our stay, despite Meena following up with the provider. Overall an excellent choice and great value for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. Thanks Meena!

The house is nice, The beds are fine, location was good. Nice hostess and good communication with owner. However a few things to improve: cleaning of the kitchen (!), very poor internet, swimmingpool needs Some renovation. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

This was such a beautiful villa.We hired a car (recommended). It was a bit hard to find. We were sent a pin in a map but it didn’t say which house number it was (it’s 2).Meena the house keeper was lovely, the place was spotless. I read on other reviews complaints on the air con, but it worked perfectly. What was amazing was the bedrooms were in a seperate building so we could keep the doors closed and the air on on low. I kept it at 25 degrees and that was beautifully cool with all the marble. Some bits were slightly old. The plug and keys didn’t work on the bath, some tiles were coming off the pool etc. but it didn’t detract from the villa at all for us.The pool was fab, although there are no steps so the oldies found it.a bit hard to climb out. The stepping stones look lovely, but have sharp edges. Apart from that they’re in a shallow bit which makes a great shady kids pool.The beach was nice, super sandy and shallow a long way out.A beach bar opened a couple doors down, you could just hear the beat of the music they played constantly which is a shame but not super noticeable. You can walk to the next beach where there are lots of bars and massages. It’s a very short walk, but the footpath is overgrown so there’s about 20 metres where you need to walk in the road around a blind bend.Worth noting, the cleaner visits every 3 days (4 hrs a time) pool guy every 3 days (1hr) and gardeners once for about 6 hrs.

The villa could use a little refresh and at times some road traffic can be heard. However, the villa and pool were very clean, the indoor/ outdoor flow of the “day” house was great, the privacy of the property and access to the private beach out front was amazing! Restaurants were within a 15 minute walk. Meena was a great host! We would stay here again, had a wonderful, restful and private holiday.

I would like to say from my heart that I am very impressed with the place. The size of the swimming pool is not small and is appropriately large. And behind this villa is the sea (the water is very clear, the atmosphere in the morning is nice to walk and in the evening it is good weather ) My father and the entire family joined him on the trip this time Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere around Bella and everyone enjoyed swimming in the pool in the evening, kayaking behind the house at the sea.Everyone said that the villa was an interesting place and had a good atmosphere.I, who searched for a villa on Koh Samui, would like to thank you and have been very impressed with making you and your family smile, laugh, and be happy.

When we got in we were given no instructions on the house, just given the keys.It seemed dirty and not well maintained. Even the pool was filthy which at first we just assumed it was due to the trees in the backyard. There was no air conditioner in the main living room/kitchen with holes in the wall where the air conditioner use to be. The main living area was unbearably hot and uncomfortable. At every point in our stay the air conditioners in each area either went out completely or barely worked. My elderly parents ended up sleeping in the living room when their air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. We have videos of the rooms having incredibly high temperatures while the air conditioners were “running”. Most of the pool chairs were broken and so were the umbrellas. The pool was dirty, dirt all over the sides and a broken filter. We attempted to reach out to the property multiple times with no response. We only met the owners girlfriend when the techs came to fix the air conditioners, we were told the main living area hadn’t had air conditioning in two years. Just giants holes in the walls to the outside. The owners then tried to tell us no houses had AC and that we were told not turn the air under 20. Once again we were given no directions. We ended up leaving after finding a house two doors down that was clean, had working air, and much better service. DO NOT STAY HERE, the listing is inaccurate, the managers do not care.
