Stayed Jul 17, 2021The Holiday Inn Resort was great. Jerry and Nancy were awesome. A couple of things to note. The cell coverage is not great in our room and the resort doesn't clean the seaweed off the beach. Cocoa Beach does but the cleaning stops at the resort so don't go at the end if July. We were not able to enjoy the beach as much. Loved everything else.

Stayed Jul 10, 2021Hosts were fantastic to work with! The pools, lazy river, sand volleyball court and other on-site activities were very much appreciated. However, IMO, the rooms were better before refurbishment (flooring seemed cheap, tubs not as roomy and no longer have jets, not enough towel racks), and having only 1 space available at the rinse station is insufficient.

Stayed Feb 16, 2020Nancy was very helpful and got us the unit We wanted. Unit was just as advertised and very clean. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jan 17, 2020Absolutely Amazing! We loved every minute of our stay here. So many things to do right on the property. Mini gulf and the water slide was a big hit with the kids. Hot tub and bar for the adults this place is a win win. Also, the short distance to the beach is extremely convenient. Bonus for us while being there we got to see the rocket ship take off right from the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone. We will be back!!!

Stayed Feb 16, 2019We stayed at the resort Feb 16th through 22nd. The resort was awesome. It was not very crowded, and a fun place for the kids (ages 3 to 14) to hang out and have a great time. We watched movies, played in the playhouse, and spend a lot of time in the pool, lazy river, and water slide. It helped to have temperatures in the 80's all week long. We had two adjoining rooms on the main pool side, ground floor. It was nice being able to walk right out and get in the hot tub. I will definitely be back!

Stayed Sep 26, 2018I could not be more impressed with this resort. Not only was our condo beautiful and very clean. The entire resort was the same. Great staff and so many great activities for adults and kids. From the pools, water slide, tiki bar and restaurant. The theater, playroom and arcade were so much fun. We didn’t even have to leave the resort. Kids and adults had a blast. Will definetly stay here again!!!
