The unit features two flatscreen TV's, Wi-Fi, and a covered carport, which is attached to the unit.

Beachaven #8 is on the Gulf-side of Siesta Key's main road, so you can easily walk to the beach, pool, and clubhouse. There is an on-property laundry facilities, which are also steps away. And Beachaven features a full-time office manager.

The minimum rental period is one month, and there are many annual return renters so you are encouraged to inquire well in advance if you are interested. There is a rental agreement which needs to be signed and a security deposit that will be due, both of which the on-site manager will facilitate prior to arrival.
