Beach Villa Simeoni with private pool

The villa was a dream and we had the best hostess imaginable. Mrs Simeoni was very accommodating and took great care of us. We were also able to check out later without any problems or additional costs, and the children received gifts from her from Lefkada. Thank you very much Mrs Simeoni!!!, something like this is rare these days.

The villa's owner lived next door and could not do enough for us. Had not expected to be provided with pool/beach towels, so this was a nice surprise, as was extra toilet rolls, fresh towels and linen halfway through the week. Lots of little touches, like flannels, shower gel and shampoo, ear buds, new soaps etc. We plan to return, as it was so near the town and beach, walkable in both cases, but less than 5 minutes by car.

Beautiful pool area. Clean, comfortable house. Air con in rooms. Really lovely, generous host. Helped us with all our issues and made our stay so lovely!

Wow! Simeonis place did not disappoint. It was probably my most favourite place I’ve stayed yet. The pool was beautifully lit in the evenings, making such a nice atmosphere. The house was perfect, really well equipped for the needs of a family of 4 with 2 small children. Simeoni came to clean mid week and the house was spotless again. She gave us great recommendations of things to do on the island. I would highly recommended staying here. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Simeoni was a fantastic host and met us on arrival. She kindly gave us some recommendations of what to do and there was also a folder available in the property with all the local attractions in. The villa is within walking distance of the town and the local beautiful beach so we didn't need a car and the buses are available in town to take you to the must see sights slightly further afield. The villa itself was spotless and had everything you need and Simeoni very kindly came in half way through our stay to do a clean. It was wonderful having the pool and it was extremely private and not over looked. It was a great place to stay with plenty of room for our family of 4 and we had a wonderful holiday there.

Simeoni's villa was the perfect spot for our family of four to use as a home base while exploring the beautiful island of Lefkada. The house was clean and well-equipped. The pool was incredible, set in a large garden with a hammock and equipped with balls and floats for the kids. After a small hiccup with directions (I recommend getting a link to the exact location from the host well in advance), it was smooth sailing and pure enjoyment. When we had an issue with our rental car, Simeoni was so helpful in communicating with the car company on our behalf. The thoughtful homemade welcome gifts from Simeoni and her husband were the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

We spent a week at Simeonis house and loved it. The pool and garden was wonderful and it was where we spent most of our time. Even though we didnt have a car it was easy getting around. Simeoni helped us with taxi to and from the airport and was very quick to respond and helpful. Its not to far to the beach (5 minute bike ride)the main city center (15 minute walk which we did twice a day). There are multiple mini markets about 1 km from the villa. We enjoyed our stay. Simeoni is a great host who was very kind and helpful to us. Thank you.
