Beach Villa Iolis with private pool

We were really pleased overall with the villa. Check in was available as stated in the listing from 4pm, and Mrs Simione was there to greet us and show us around. The villa was really clean and looked as per photos and was situated about 20 minute stroll to the outskirts of the main town. The pool area was lovely and we spent a great deal of time relaxing there. Neighbood cats regular passed throughsunbathed outside too, they did on occasion however fight and chase each other through the pool area and one of them actually fell into the pool at one point. Hot water was available at all times and the air conditioning worked well. The bedroom with two single beds is located in the ground floor with the main bedroom on the first floor. Mrs Simione also brought round a bottle of home made wine which was lovely. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Lefkada again.

Great villa and pool! Near to the sea and a nice town. Miss Simeoni was a lovely hostess!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the villa. The villa (which was spotlessly clean) and pool were perfect and just as described. Mrs Simeoni was a wonderful host and even gave us a surprise gift when we left. Thank you!!

Just spent two fantastic weeks in this villa. Villa was spotless and had everything needed. Mrs Simioni who is a lovely, kind woman, made us feel at home and ensured that the villa remained 'fresh' with new towels, bedding etc throughout our stay. Her gift to us when leaving was a nice touch. Location of villa is great for local area (town to eat in many of the great tavernas,beach for some sun), with 20min walk to either. Having been to Lefkas a number of times, recommend a car to visit many of the islands 'gems' (beaches, villages, views etc). Highly recommended villa and island to stay, we know at some point we will be back. Jane & Andy

The villa is beautiful. It is very private, with a lovely pool. It was clean, comfortable, and a very relaxing house.The grounds around the house was immaculate, with flowers, grape vines. We even seen an owl in the trees. Maria came in half way through the week, changed the towels and gave a clean. She had asked if this was okay with us, and we were very grateful. There is all the items you need and more, washing machine, towels, dishwasher, haidrier etc. She had also left us water, wine, homemade marmalade and more. We were four adults. There was plenty of room, there was a cot in the house also if needed for family with children. We had a very much needed relaxing holiday. We did not hire a car, but walked into Lefkada in about 10 minutes. We hope to return and would definitely stay at Villa Iolis again. Thank you very much for our lovely holiday.
