Beach house for 6 persons, with pool and garden, in Playas de Muro, Mallorca

The generous size of the property. Three bedrooms. Three bathrooms. Two Balconies. The location is amazing being so close to one of the best beaches we have ever been. The pool is a great size for the enjoyment of children. We had a memorable family holiday. We believe a few minor changes would make this property the perfect place to stay: Replace chipped and cracked crockery. Replace discoloured drinking glasses. Fix the lights on the upstairs balcony. Secure the electric socket on the lower balcony which is hanging off the wall. Clean the seals on the en-suite bath in the upstairs bedroom. Clean the sink in the utility room which was unusable. Sort out the flaking paint on the ceiling in the living room. Service the boiler which required attention on three occasions during our stay. The mid-holiday replacement of bedding and servicing of the pool did not happen.

Close to the sea, pool was decent size. All the rest as expected from not a new house. Air-conditioning only in two rooms, the beach chairs by the pool were dirty and soiled. Also, automatically closing doors from outside does not make any sense and enhancing the chances to lock the doors with the keys inside. It happen to us. Fortunately, the garage doors were open.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was good but not perfect for the holiday we imagined. I would recommend to others and other peoples holidays without wanting to return myself. Positives: - location is really near to the beach - some (albeit expensive) shops close by - easy parking outside the property and private drive (quite steep so didn’t dare use in the hire car!) - kid friendly - floats were left in the pool for our use - beach umbrellas and towels available in the house - excellent restaurant close by (La Figueret) - everything in the house was really easy to use (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob) Negatives: - mosquitoes (not a lot that the owners could do about that but make sure you have good repellent, fly spray, antihistamines if you have bad reactions) - kitchen was not very well equipped - needs more utensils, and was missing basic items such as dishwasher tablets, cloths etc. - we arrived after the supermarkets shut and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the house - it would be good for there to be some sort of welcome package of even the very basics. - there is not a lot in the surrounding area aside from aforementioned restaurant. Bars in Playa de Muro are about 2km (all on flat) walking - beds on nearest beach were reserved for multiple days - meaning that we either chose another beach or lay on the sand which our kids hate

We had a Lovely time at this villa, which is 5 mins from the beach, 10 mins to the restaurants, shops and bars, plenty of bus services to take you various other resorts close by. We would very much recommend this villa and Breeze who provided the service

House is in great condition, we love the pool, outdoor grill and everything in the house. Showers are small due to current curtain door system. Some other solution would make them bigger. Also the road to garage is quite steep so our car touched the ground everytime we parked. Second bedroom upstairs would deserve the A/C and mosquito window nets would be a great benefit.

Sauber, gute Lage, leichter Check-In, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Wasserdruck in der Dusche im 1. OG (großes Bad bei Dachterasse) verbessern. Anleitung fürs WLAN bereitlegen. Kochfeld reparieren (hat manchmal für kurze Zeit nicht funktioniert). Poolpumpe über Nacht 22-8 Uhr ganz aus machen. Sonst ist diese im unteren Schlafzimmer sehr laut.

The whole facility was super clean and is very well located. The kitchen is insanely well equipped with lots of cooking utensils like pans, vine glasses in all sices, has a giant and greatly operating fridge, cooking dtation and oven + dishwasher. For us as people who also like cooking during holiday it was a wonderful surprise to find this. The whole house, terrace and pool area offer more than enough space for 6 people. Several supermarkets and smaller shops are close by and a walk to the beach within the wonderful Alcudia Bay area takes less than 3 minutes. The beds vere really comfortable, the offered sheets and towels very high quality and clean. All things considered I‘d go back in the same location on my next trip to Mallorca! Maybe plant a few more plants in the entrance area to reduce noice exposure from the street close by and implement a drain under the shower next to the pool. But these suggestions are taking place on the high bar that the facility is already holding on it‘s own.

The location was good, the place spacious. Improve cleaning - the place didn't feel particularly clean, we couldn't find a vacuum cleaner to use. Fix the leaks so water doesn't come through the kitchen and living room ceilings. One of the neighbours was very noisy.

Firstly thank you BeBreeze for all your help with the private issues we had. Secondary I need to say that property is amazing for families - everything you need is there waiting for you. People looking after the property cleaning lady and her partner such a great , polite people and so helpfull. Property is stunning in great localization 10mins walking from the beach and 5 mins from shops and restaurants , would highly recommend same as www.beBreeze.com We had fantastic holidays and we did not want to come back to London.
