Beach House (ETV/8101) Beautiful villa with spectacular sea views.

We stayed in this accommodation while in Sa Rapita on a business trip for our new boat Dufour 48.The house is very clean, very large and the owners very responsive by message.Its quick access to the town centre and its proximity to the beaches and port are its main assets.

A modern spacious high standard villa with all the necessities. We stayed 3 weeks, me and my husband and our dogs. Our two boys with girlfriends were visiting us for a long weekend. The house is very comfortable and warm even in Mallorca winter season. Sunny location all day in February . Nice restaurant s and grocery stores in walking distance.

You are looking for a perfectly located, clean and spacious house for you and your friends? Then you are more than right here. You will find a top equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The house is located in a quiet area with direct view to the sea, so you won't miss any sunrise. The large outdoor terrace overlooking the well-kept garden offers the perfect ambience for a glass of wine. In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets and a wonderful bakery where you can eat for very little money. Within walking distance is a nature reserve and a yacht club. There are more than enough parking spaces arround the house. We were there over Christmas (night temperature about 10 degrees Celsius). The pleasant floor heating provides a perfect indoor climate. Drive to Palma by car about 30 minutes. Conclusion: Highly recommended!

The place was absolutely fantastic. Unlike most places, there are large window fronts, which allowed us to enjoy lots of February sun (for summer there are shutters of course). One of the best gimmicks was the floorheating though. Thanks a lot for having us!

Perfect

The villa is very spacious and beautiful, included everything you need for relaxing holiday. We enjoyed the sea view, terrace, the silence of Sa Rapita, wonderful beaches nearby. As well, we felt really welcomed and big Thanks to Miguel and Isabelle for great hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mallorca. Great space and location with views of the water. Clean, friendly hosts, who were responsive. Quaint beach town, but with restaurants, pharmacy, grocer, and other services within a couple minute walk. 10-minute walk to great beach. Wifi was slow to virtually unusable, but amounted to a forced vacation from checking email. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Safe, quiet neighborhood. You'll definitely want to rent a car if you want to explore the rest of the island or Palma, as it's about a 30-40 minute drive or expensive taxi fare. Driving there was easy and there's plenty of street parking. Enjoy!

Stayed at this great and spacious house with the wife & kids, breathtaking views, perfect location (2min walk to the shoreline), fresh seafood restaurants around the corner, there's no much more you could wish for when it comes to dream holiday in Mallorca. The owner made our stay as comfortable as we could possibly imagine, making us feel like at home and we can't wait to book our next stay.
