Stayed Dec 8, 2025If you want to sneak off to the best beach in the USA, here is the spot you can go without breaking the bank! The whole island was crushed with storms so everything is rebuilt or being rebuilt and it is beautiful! Cool neighbors, great location!

Stayed Oct 11, 2025Jayme is a great host. Even had a cooler combo shipped to us at no charge for beach drinks! This unit is remodeled and in excellent condition. BTW of course, we left the coolers for the next guests. My recommendation if you fly into SRQ, DON’T rent a car. Rent a golf cart. You’ll get a much better experience of Siesta Key Island life this way. Unit is well equipped. Just get your groceries delivered and enjoy your stay!

Stayed Sep 18, 2024Unit was clean and well appointed with everything you need. Host was super responsive and directions for check-in / check-out are easy to follow. 1 of 3 pools on the property just outside the back door was amazingly convenient. A couple or even a family of four can be easily accommodated in this studio unit.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024This adorable studio is conveniently located at Jamaica Royale - just an easy walk down to the beach and can easily ride bikes to the village. Good taste in furniture and detail. Owner/host was extremely repsonsive and so nice! Just know when reserving that you're reserving a studio, so it's tight, but we knew the layouts of Jamiaca Royale prior.
